Can't Wait!

Heather would take Ancient Runes over Charms any day, when she would be of age. Not that she could just walk off Charms, or that she disliked the class, but Ancient Runes seemed SO much more interesting! Why did it have to be for third years and above? Heather was certain she could manage. She snatched a glance into the classroom, and then turned away quickly, because a class was in session and Heather was sure one of the more distracted pupils are darted his glance her way. Heather was supposed to be in class, but she needed to use the washroom, and was on her way to the closest one when she got distracted by the study of her dreams. No, that wasn't worded very well. Heather would never give up Potions to this class, and even though Herbology was a bit more easy to surrender, she knew that her heart would never allow her to give up a class she was so passionate about. Not that Heather had to give up any classes to take this class when she would be older, but IF she had to pick, she would certainly choose Ancient Runes over good ol' Charms or Transfiguration, or Divination. Charms was that one class Heather neither liked or disliked; Transfiguration was her stumbling block; and Divination has been deemed utterly useless by Heather (not that she told anyone, of course, that would just be plain horrifying).
Heather started out of her reverie by the movement inside the Ancient Runes classroom. She checked the time and was panicked to find that she had been standing out there for five minutes! If Professor Whatever-her-name-might-be was to know of this, Heather didn't WHAT she would do! No, she should ACTUALLY go to the washroom now. Hopefully the Charms professor was not timing Heather's disappearance, or else she would have to explain herself, something she lacked in skill for very much, Heather thought as she hurried away from the Ancient Runes classroom.
