The Soothing Bathroom
Heather ran into the abandoned bathroom, tears streaming down her face. How dare the wix blame her?! It wasn't Heather's fault that the wix had crashed into her, therefore causing both of their supplies to be scattered on the ground. In fact, it was very much the wix's fault! Now, if Heather had been as insensitive as her Muggle friend, Archer, then she mightn't have minded so much. But she was an extremely timid and sensitive witch, and the wix's harsh words added insult to injury. And not only that, the wix had insulted her teal hair! Her teal hair, which was part of her IDENTITY! The words replayed again and again in Heather's head, "Your hair is just positively ridiculous, that's what. No wonder I've had the misfortune of meeting you. That dyed hair of yours is a token of bad luck. I certainly hope I never run into you again, not in this fashion, at least." Heather curled into a ball on top of the malfunctioned toilet that won't stop flushing.
A few dozen minutes later, after a long, satisfying cry, Heather had calmed down, enough to realize the disgusting conditions she was in. But she didn't mind so much. At least there wasn't another person in this bathroom to hear her sobs. And honestly, the solitude of this place was actually very soothing! More soothing than the corridors, where she'd met her social demise, at the very least. Heather considered her situation for a few more moments, and then realized what she had to do. She sniffed back her last tears, stood up, and braced herself.
Time to go out into the corridors again.
