When I awoke, everything was foggy, I knew I had a good plan for the day, but I couldn’t remember what that was. Oh well I shrugged. I got changed into appropriate clothes for the day and left my dorm. I stood outside of it for just a moment before finally realizing what my plan was. Right! I was going to watch the quidditch practice today! I thought. I was quite interested in joining quidditch and watching it might help me if I do ever play. I walked through the common room and then out through the doors. I made my way outside, the fresh air was wonderful! With my hands in my pockets, I walked over to the training pitch. Once I had arrived, practice had already started. I watched them play for a few moments before turning to my left. I saw another girl, I think approximately my age, watching as well. I had never seen her before I don’t think, so I cautiously made my way over to her. As I was approaching the girl, I noticed that she was a Griffindor, I had a few Griffindor friends already, and I’m they weren’t known for being mean, so I continue up to her. When I was almost right beside her, I said “hello! I’m Delainie, you?”

Hera was so engrossed in watching the training that she didn't notice a girl coming to her. She looked at her when she spoke. She had wavy pale blonde hair and blue eyes. She guessed it was a first year because she didn't think there would be that much height difference between them if he stood up.

"Hi Delanie. my name is Hera I'm pleasure meet you. Do you like playing or watching Quidditch? I love it. I have a little Snitch and when I was little I used to sneak my brother's broom and try to catch it."

I guess she's someone who likes Quidditch like me. Otherwise no one would wake up this early. She remained silent because she wanted to find a topic to talk about. She remained silent for a while, lost in her own thoughts. This silence was uncomfortable. She tried to focus on training again, but she couldn't. This bothered her.

She pulled a small golden Snitch from her pocket and handed it to Delaine. She did this just to show off.

"Isn't it beautiful? I want to play as a Seeker when I grow up"

She said this with great hope and without realizing it she was standing in the stands.

No matter how bad things are,

The girl said that her name was Hera, what a lovely name I thought. “Hey Hera! I love your name” I said “Haha, that’s fun, I wish I had a snitch, that would be so cool, maybe I’ll be able to buy one while I’m here”. The girl was white for a few moments, so I turned my attention back to the practice until she was ready, I didn’t want to make anything awkward, so I tried to actually do something, like watch. Hera grabbed a snitch and gave it to me, and I took it by surprise. It seemed like maybe she was trying to show off, but I thought that it was really cool that she had one, so I didn’t mind any of that, just simply rolled it over in my palm, closely examining it. “Oh Hera, this is so cool!” I smiled “its very beautiful. That’s nice, I don’t think I’d want to be a professional player, but I’d definitely like to while I’m here, and as a seeker”. It was nice to have found someone else who liked Quidditch, but u was sure that there’d be plenty more of those people, since it was the main school sport. “I’m sure you’ll get there one day!” I said, encouraging her with a sweet smile.
