September 1st, 2023. Lucy had finished writing the letter in her dorm a few minutes ago. She had been to Amélie and had asked her where was the owlery. Amélie had smile, knowing to whom was adressed the letter and leaded with the first year there.
Amélie called her owl and told Lucy she could use it whenever she needed. Lucy thanked her and sent her letter. Both girls went back to their respective dorm.
Dear Théo,
As promised, this is my newly arrived to school letter. It feels so weird to be in another country than you right now. Honestly, it was already weird for us not to be together the second half of June. I'm still invited to Strasbourg for Christmas? (i really don't care if you say that i'm not, i'm still comming)
So, for what happened today. I took the Hogwarts Express, for seven hours i think? And you know what? MY iPod WASN'T WORKING!!! Dad told me that it would happen but I still have hope you know? I usually have headphones on 24/7 so it feels weird. Back to my day, I got sorted into Ravenclaw, like Amélie. I'm so relieved to be in the same house as your sister, because I'm sure I'll already be lost in the castle and my sensitive ass would be hiding somewhere, crying. Whatever, Amélie gave me a tour of the Ravenclaw tower, it's so BEAUTIFUL! You'd love it.
What about you? How are you? How was your first day in a French school? Isn't it cool for you to finally be in a school were everyone speaks French? Just not Amélie, me and sometimes one or two other students? How is the castle? I bet it's not as big as Hogwarts.
Ok, j'arrête avec mes questions. Prends ton temps pour répondre (réponds avant lundi mec) J'ai trop hâte de te revoir à Noël! En plus, parait que Noël en Alsace c'est génial! D'ailleurs, Amélie dit coucou. Elle est déjà en train de faire des fiches de révisions pour les examens de cinquième année. T'imagine le truc? Bon, à plus!

September 2nd, 2023. Théo recieved Lucy's letter in the morning. At first, he thought it was a letter from his sister, because of the owl. And honestly, he was even more happy to get a letter from his best friend than his sister. So he hurried to answer - totally not because of the "threat" at the end of her letter - and wrote the whole letter in french because why not?

Moi ça va, ça fait du bien d'être dans une école majoritairement francophone. Et puis il y a beaucoup de bleu partout. Ca te plairait aussi. Amélie et toi êtes dans la même maison? Franchement c'est cool mais ça veut dire que tu va voir ma soeur plus que moi mdr.
C'est vrai que ça fait bizarre de t'imaginer, toi, Lucy "toujours son casque sur les oreilles" Eléonore Hendriks sans casque. Mais tu vas t'y faire, t'inquiète. Et pour info, mes écouteurs ne marchaient pas non plus, t'es pas toute seule. Honnêtement, j'ai beaucoup dormi dans la calèche vu qu'on a pris un TGV de nuit pour arriver à Cannes à l'heure. L'année prochaine j'espère qu'on s'organisera mieux.
Alors, je château est grand. Je sais pas à quoi Hogwarts ressemble alors je pourrais pas te dire s'il est plus grand ou pas. Mais c'est grand et il est super beau.

So, the castle is big. I don't know what Hogwart's looks like so I won't be able to tell you if it's bigger or not. But it's big and so pretty.
