Let me teach you!
This is the first meeting for the study-tutoring club. This is a Saturday, to be precise, September ninth. It is sunny and warm, right appropriate for a fun activity. Cassie, as the head of the club, has been dressed up neatly, she wants to leave a nice impression on all the club members. She wears a light make-up, very light that it is hard to be seen. She wears her new-washed Ravenclaw robe. Her brown hair is carefully tied into a bun, and she wears a lovely blue-diamond necklace.
She arrives at the library early, taking with her some parchment and some quills. She also has a parchment which takes down every name of the participants. The benefit of holding the meeting in the library is that whenever the tutors need some materials, they can borrow books easily.
One by one, the members of the club is coming to Cassie. When they are all here, Cassie gives out a warm smile and starts to talk. 'Hello everyone, welcome to the first meeting of the study-tutoring club! I am Cassie Jiang, a second year Ravenclaw. I will be hosting our meeting today! First, let me introduce the rules. During the next two hours, you can go to anyone you want to let him or her tutor you. If the tutor agreed, you will be paired up. Once you have a tutor or a learner, you two should go to a corner of your own. When the learner's question is solved, you two can come back, then each of you can find another to pair up with. This is a 1v1 help activity. Any questions?' Cassie looks around.
'Good, if everything is clear, let's start our activity shall we?' Cassie smiles and looks at the students getting to be paired up.
