Mannerisms December is the kind of person who smiles a lot while she talks, but the smile is stiff and doesn't quite reach her eyes. She has a loud, expressive voice that exudes a sense of confidence. She uses hand gestures on occasion but they are mostly saved for when she is passionate about something. Her face is mostly expressionless, so it is difficult to guess what she is feeling.
Disposition Plagued by a horror in her past, December finds it hard to truly connect to people. She goes through the motions and has her own group of like-minded individuals that she will talk to, but she keeps everyone at arms length. Her attitude is condescending and selfish at the best of times and downright hostile at the worst of times. December is determined to never allow herself to fully trust in someone again because another failure would come at much too great a cost.

[font=courier new]Hair Light silvery blonde, thin and soft. Kept down with a slight wave for volume. She is a type OCA1b albino, so her body produces some melanin, but not much.
Eyes Light blue-gray. Mostly devoid of expression.
Skin Pale ivory with pink undertones.
Face She has a triangular shaped face with an unusually pointed chin and larger ears. There's a small gaggle of freckles around her nose.
Height Short, standing at 4'3".
Physique Broad shoulders with an athletic build thanks to years of gymnastics.
Clothing Trendy designer clothing made from expensive fabrics. She mostly wears blues, grays and other neutral colors. Her fashion style is chic and preppy.

PRE-HOGWARTS

[font=courier new]Background Story
Quinton Hale and Tiberius Langston met at Hogwarts and were nearly inseparable from the very beginning. Nobody was surprised when they ended up getting married and opening their own Private Curse-Breaking Business.

On December 24th, 2007, Quinton and Tiberius Hale welcomed a newborn baby girl into their home. The two had been waiting to adopt for years, so they saw this as nothing short of a Christmas miracle. They decided to name her December, and doted on her every need and fancy throughout her childhood.

As December grew older, her dads’ work continued to expand and became more demanding. They weren’t at home as much and often went on business trips for extended periods of time. Whenever they came home, they always brought back a beautiful porcelain doll for her. She adored each doll she received from them and kept them like trophies on a shelf in her room. Whenever they were home, they treated December like a princess and made sure she had the best nannies that money could buy while they were away.

December was a happy kid with a big smile and an infectious laugh. She went out of her way to be kind and spread joy to others, though she was maybe a bit spoiled. But sometime between early childhood and the time she entered Hogwarts, her outlook shifted. She lost trust in the world and that bright, carefree girl is only but a memory. Her dads barely noticed the change, and figured it was just a phase she would grow out of. They joked that she had turned into a teenager too early and didn’t think much else of it.

Though shutting her parents out was not easy, December knew that it was necessary. She just needed to focus on her dancing and her gymnastics, and that was all that mattered until she went to Hogwarts. She would make sure that she did her best in everything, and she would never fail again.
