Premise
Ms. Blackmore would like to introduce her daughter to children soon to or currently attending Hogwarts to her daughter. She uses this opportunity to generate a small party so other parents, like her, who wish to see their students succeed might find a means to achieve so. Invitations have gone far and wide, and though mostly given to purebloods and wizard-born parents, sometimes owls do get lost. One or two might be ready to retire after this...

The event will have a moment to meet and mingle in the gardens, where a member of staff (maid or butler) will man a refreshment station. This will be followed by afternoon tea, after which the parents will continue to mingle while the children may roam the gardens and play at their leisure until the end of the event.

As much as Maeve enjoys petits fours and pretty dresses, this is not her ideal setting. Expect some form of chaos to unfold. Despite that, I'd love for her to make a few friends or enemies -- or frenemies! Even better if she finds an older student to help teach her the way. This thread is for more than just me, so bring a friend and use it to bond with them or new people. Flitter around different circles. Was your character forced there? Did they want to come? Are they itching to unleash a box of cornish pixies?
