Spin the Bottle Beans! - Group 2
Summer camp is here! This is an unofficial game set up by Hiro "Tone" Bakugo! Being the friendly, overly energetic, and bright cheery sunshine that he is, he decided to set up a fun game for everyone. Taking place on a day that was relatively quiet with nothing to do, he thought a Spin the Bottle game would be fun to offer to anyone passing by at the time! It was a short and simple game and had the potential to bring people closer together. The best type of game to get friends!
This game takes place IC on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023 and has a little bit of a twist at the end.
EXPLANATION
Reducio
›Students are separated into small randomized groups (8-ish per group) for ease of moderation and to limit the chaos of mass threads. There are 2 kinds of groups, Y1-Y3 and Y4-Y7.
›Each round, students will (ICly) take turns spinning a bottle to determine a partner (determined by me OOCly with randomized rolls).
›Round A: Players will have 1 week to RP their character's action. God modding is NOT allowed. There are 2 actions to choose from: kiss/retreat. Selecting 'kiss' means you kiss your partner on the lips, cheek, or hand. If you kiss, you obtain 3 good beans. If you retreat, you get a random roll by me to see if you obtain 1 good bean or 1 bad bean. Bad beans count for nothing, you just got bad luck. Good beans are saved until the very end of the game, where numerous prizes are revealed that you can choose to purchase with your good beans. Please keep track of how many good beans you have at the bottom of your post. If you forget to do so, it's fine, I can figure it out at the end.
›Round B: Once players RP their character's action towards their partner (it's always the first name listed), targeted students will then choose whether to accept the kiss or retreat. Remember, the point of the game is to get as many beans as you can! But if you retreat, you will also have a chance to obtain beans too. If your partner doesn't post in time, you will automatically get 1 good bean, so you don't feel like you're missing out on the fun. If your partner asks to kiss and you retreat, both of you are considered to have retreated and a roll will be done for your bean.
›Round A and B repeat in this way with a newly randomized assigned targets. Students will always have one week to submit their posts.
›Failure to post by a round's deadline will result in the assumption that the character froze up and declined to continue. They will be removed from the game. You can always rejoin though!
›All IC rules still apply and IC consequences are possible depending on the situation. Site rules and rating will also always apply. All actions/descriptions must comply with them.
›Prizes will be announced at the end of the game.Reducio›OOC End Date will be September 1st, 2023. This is when the game will OOC officially end. There will be 10 different things to choose from, which will be revealed 1 by 1 later on. I will start a Prize Thread after the game is over and will reveal the lowest rank one first (along with how many of that item I have). You will post in the Prize Thread stating that you want the item up for 'bid' if you wish to obtain it. You will have 7 days to post stating that you want it. I will assign the item a # and then will do rolls for the people who posted they wanted it. Whoever is closest to the # of the item will win the item! If there is more than 1, I will reassign a # and do rolls again for each one until all of them are gone. If someone gets the same #, I will reroll to establish a winner. If no one posts stating they want the item, I will move on to the next item.
The first item revealed is the lowest/cheapest and the last item revealed is the highest/expensive. But IC I think all the items would be fun to use in RPs, so don't just wait for the highest/expensive item to show up! Plus, what you get depends upon how many beans you have too. If you only have 7 beans (from never kissing and always retreating) you won't be able to purchase the highest rank item. So, get as many good beans as you can, so you will have lots of options to choose from! The highest amount of beans you can obtain is 21. Also, don't worry if you end up not winning any of the 10 prizes offered. If you don't win anything, you will be given an unknown consolation prize at the end, which you can either use/keep or sell for $.
Any beans left over after you win prizes can be exchanged for the item I am giving out as a consolation prize for those who don't win anything. The currency rate is 3 beans = 1 consolation prize item. Unfortunately, if you have less than 3 beans after claiming prizes, you won't be able to get anything extra. Thank you for participating in the game and I hope you enjoy your time!
┏ ┓It was a very nice morning during the summer time. The game would take place directly before lunchtime. Why was this? Because it was totally set up for the participants to make new friends during camp! If you managed to do so, the two of you (or more) could head off and have lunch together. What more could one ask for? The relationship didn't have to be romantic by nature.
But of course, it had the potential to be if you really wanted to go that direction. However, the point of this game was mainly to close the distance between participants and have them be able to open up and get closer to their partners. Maybe make some friends in the process! Tone hadn't really expected to set up a summer game this year and as such he wasn't prepared.
Still, it didn't deter him in the least! Tone was known for being very adaptable and could always turn things around if given enough time to think for a bit. He'd also been unable to resist the temptation of bringing a large group of people together into one spot. It made it easier to see some new faces and possibly some older ones too. At least people would have fun!
When they arrived at the location Tone was holding this unofficial summer camp game, the first thing they would see would be five large circles that looked as if the grass had been burnt in order to make the circles. Within each circle, a unique mat was placed down, which perfectly fit inside the circle, almost as if it had been cut to fit into the circular format here.
Group TWO would see their unique mat was a pure white canvas with hand-drawn mountains and structures in the background. Stretching out from the left side was a large dark branch with beautiful red flowers sprouting from it.
ReducioAs people started to arrive, the pink haired teen would welcome them and show them towards their mat circle. Directly in the middle of their mat, a large glass bottle could be seen. Obviously, this was the bottle the participants would find themselves spinning as soon as they got settled into their circle. Eventually, Tone clapped his hands to get their attention.
"Now that everyone's arrived, let's get started, shall we? You've come because you're interested in participating in this version of Spin the Bottle. But this game has a twist, I've added something new to the mix this time, which are beans. There are good and bad beans. Good beans you collect and store until the end of the game. Bad ones really do you no good at all."
Tone went on to explain the rules of the game and how at the end of the game you could turn in your good beans for certain prizes if you got lucky enough to obtain one. He also made sure everyone realized even if they weren't able to win any of the offered prizes, there were consolation prizes everyone who didn't win anything would get. There was something for everyone, regardless.
Plus, if there were any good beans left over from winning prizes, they could also turn those in for some of the consolation prizes. If they had enough good beans left that is. "I also set up some ice water and a few platters of fruit, cheese, and nuts you can snack on during the game if you wish to do so. Each group should see their platter sitting on top of a makeshift stump-table next to their circle." Tone told them all and then took out his wand.
"Let's get this game started! First round, start!" He said and started to cast the Green Sparks Charm. "Verdimillious!" Tone incanted and some green sparks exploded up into the air from the tip of his wand, signaling the beginning of the game's first round of participants. Who would come out with the most amount of beans at the end of this? Only time would tell and the actions of each participant. But regardless, everyone would have fun here!┗ ┛

He deduced perhaps that it was a Muggle Game as the name suggested so. As he entered the place where this unofficial game was to take place, he smiled as he saw the beautiful setting. The grass was perfectly burnt to accommodate the mats where he assumed they would sit or stand. He was guided to the mat with mountains and flowers, and he recognized the style as Asian. He heard the organiser, Tone Bakugo, explain that this game had a twist of good beans and bad beans. He attempted to search his brain to figure out what the game was about and he remembered in the back of his mind that the game involved kissing the person the bottle spun to land on. It was something he could excel in, as he was no prude, and he could kiss as well as any other teen here. He saw the bottle land on another male teen. Thus, Gellert leaned forward and said “Pleasure to meet your acquaintance. I am Gellert Shroeder” He then leaned completely in, in order to fully commit to the kiss, to grab the hand of the other and kiss him on the hand.Move

This, truly, was not something Hadashi thought he would find himself doing. At Bakugou-kun's insistence he had agreed to this... game. Constant pestering finally made Hadashi cave just to shut him up.
He was given a brief rundown of how it worked, and he was... less than elated at the prospect.
But, he was never one to break an agreement, so he still showed up. He did not wear his gold robes, as he was told this was to be a casual affair.
He was then shown to his group of students, none of whom he immediately recognized. When he spun the bottle it landed on another boy.
Though he was a rule enforcer, he was no prude. Hadashi had no issue kissing another boy.
He leaned in to introduce himself to this person he didn't recognize.
"Nice to meet you. I am Hadashi Hitoshi."
He hoped his Japanese inflections weren't making things awkward. There wasn't a lot he could do about it.
Hadashi of course knew he was going to do it. But, he also didn't know this person, and wasn't entirely sure how other cultures saw this sort of thing. His research had given him... mixed results.
So, he took the boy's hand, and leaned in to kiss the top of it as one would a boyfriend. Might as well make it spicy.
Move: Kiss on the hand.

Spin the Bottle Beans! - Group 2
@Percival GrayCalming Presence in Effect“It’s going to be so great, Romeo! It’s just a hangout. You like hangouts. You get to be the best wallflower!” Piérre sang as Figaro stirred ever so slightly around his shoulders. In his left hand he had his brother’s shirt grasped so that he could not lose his giant twin in the crowd. Piérre knew that it was more than likely that if his grip did waver, Romeo would try to run away once again and hide himself on the sidelines once more. Piérre couldn’t have that, not with what he knew was going on in the Campgrounds on this day. It was something that he just HAD to make sure that his brother was present for if only for the entertainment of Piérre himself.
It, of course, was the game of spin the bottle being arranged by one of the foreign students. Piérre knew full well that under normal circumstances his brother would want nothing to do with such a thing, which was exactly why he was forcing his twin into such uncomfortable circumstances.
And lo and behold, there it was; the moment that Romeo realized that his dearest twin had led him directly into the midst of the kissing-game and immediately tried to pull away, twisting his shirt around Piérre’s hand as he attempted to leave as quickly as he could.
“Piérre, non voglio stare qui. Piérre, I don’t want to be here.” Came his Italian intonations, calm and yet firm. It was very much the authoritative ‘mama’ voice that he used when trying to make Piérre understand something on the most basic level. Not that Piérre really cared much about his brother’s discomfort or the way that he expressed himself in that regard when it came to the ‘being social’ aspect of life. How else was he supposed to help Romeo come out of his shell and actually get comfortable around people? “Non restero ‘ qui. Me ne vado. Ora. I’m not staying here. I’m leaving. Now.”
Piérre fixed him with a look and Figaro purr-meowed while kneading paws into his boy’s neck. Rolling his eyes, Piérre looked around and tried to find an excuse for his brother to stick around. His mouth opened and he let out a low whistle as he tried to find something, literally anything, to convince his twin to stay.
Such a convincing factor came in the form of Valentin Schnell rushing into the vicinity with all the rapidity that befit the white lightning in every regard. With a start from Romeo, Piérre’s green eyes flicked to his and he gently patted his brother’s shoulder.
With a self-satisfied smirk, Piérre realized that this was quite an opportune position to continue to jibe and fawn over his elder twin. “Mmmmm! Credo che resterai qui, fratello maggiore. Methinks you’re going to stick around now, big brother.” He elbowed his twin, biting his lip. If Romeo wasn’t going to join Valentin’s group of his own volition… well, Piérre was more than assured in his abilities to arrange for the two of them to mysteriously end up in the same area. He had done similar things before, after all. Simply placing the two together was certainly a good deal easier than placing the two of them with specific intentions in mind.
Besides, this would make for an amazing observation of the Romeo in his uncomfortable environment.
So leaving his brother to figure out his little fiasco, Piérre hummed and went off to another group that was loosely forming. Picking up the bottle first, Piérre smiled at those in the immediate vicinity and then set it on the ground to spin. With a gleam in his emerald eyes, Piérre watched the bottle turn around and about, waiting for it to come to a conclusion and point in the direction of the one that he was supposed to kiss first. While kissing games themselves held no particular ‘emotional’ weight to the boy (for Piérre was regrettably quite mistaken in the methods by which he tried to bring people together in such a way and was himself a rather platonic individual who placed high stock in physical touch being a highly nurturing factor in human nature), he did feel that in this way he could perhaps give someone that same physical touch that they may have been craving. In the meanwhile, Figaro had leapt off and was investigating the other people in the area both in Piérre’s own group and in the bordering ones. [Figaro is now wandering to other groups; other people in Bottle Spinning can lightly godmod interactions Figaro if they like. He likes attention, so just go nuts so long as you don’t try and pull his tail or smthn.]
So, when the bottle stopped while angled at a rather handsome boy who looked a little older than himself, Piérre smiled and got to his feet, pacing over with a few long strides and stopping before him. A gentle smile crossed his features as he clasped his hands behind his back and rocked back and forth a bit. His eyes didn’t waver away from the boy’s face, taking in the very distinctive features of his face, his eyes, the angle of his cheeks and the symmetry of his features.
Tipping his head ever so slightly, Piérre did what he always did with those that he spun in every game of spin the bottle. “Would you like a hug or a kiss?” His words were quiet, private only between him and this young man. This was a time apart from the rest of those who considered themselves onlookers to the spectacle. It was his choice to make; Piérre himself was just the conduit to the desires of the one that he was interacting with. “Whichever you would prefer.”
If Percival Chooses Hug:
ReducioIf Percival Chooses Kiss:With an excited smile, Piérre immediately threw both arms around the boy and held him tight and close to himself, clasping his wrist behind the boy’s back to ensure that the hug was in equal parts both securing and gentle. Putting his chin on Percival’s shoulder, Piérre sighed slightly as he rocked a little bit back and forth, letting the other boy do what he would like with the situation that he was in. The moment–if it came–that Percival’s hackles would rise or if he became in any way uncomfortable, Piérre would very quickly yet carefully release him and then draw back to assess what he could do to ensure that he didn’t overstep his boundaries.
ReducioThe Italian chuckled a bit as he nodded. This was, of course, the point of the game. It only made sense that this was the chosen option.
With a moment of self-preparation, Piérre met the eyes of the boy again, as if silently projecting his readiness to make a move or ready for Percival himself to make a move first. When the boy finally detected that both parties were ready for the brief interaction, the Italian slowly leaned in and lightly kissed the boy on the lips no lighter than a feather’s touch and slightly skewed central upon the ‘place where the angel kissed’ (known more scientifically as the philtrum dimple). Such an action would cause their noses to touch more likely than not, but Piérre wouldn’t notice due to his eyes being closed.
Drawing back again with a gentle smile, he dried his slightly sweating palms on his legs and sighed shortly with a hum to his voice as he did so. If there was anything else that Percival had wanted to do or to partake in during their brief encounter, Piérre would not have complained in the slightest. Perhaps… perhaps that was a flaw that remained to be noted or seen, or perhaps even taken advantage of by those who believed themselves rather adept in the realm of emotional manipulations.
Piérre would return to his seat after completing his end of the dare, peering over the shoulder of one of the members of his group to observe how Romeo was doing in his own group. One could never be sure, after all; and perhaps it was simply because of the fact that Piérre believed it to be his personal duty to ensure that his brother would have a good time that he was observing his twin as closely as he was. He was able to to watch for long enough to grin to himself ever so slightly as Romeo glared right back at the watching twin and then averted his gaze so that he could focus instead on the going-ons of the game that he was actively a part of.

Spin the Bottle Beans! - Group 2
Jack wasn't sure why he had signed up for Spin the Bottle again this year. It probably had something to do with his curiosity with the prizes. A boy from the Japanese wizarding school had put the game together this time which was what had piqued Jack's interest.
Since pretty much no one had opted to kiss him in the last game he played, he didn't think it was going to be any different this time even if he thought he knew more of the players in his group like Piérre, Xailah, and Percival Gray. Maybe because he knew more of the players of his group, they would be more reluctant to kiss him, so he wasn't worried about being kissed. It might have meant he wasn't likely to win the game, but Tone, the boy organizing the game, had said there were going to be consolation prizes too, so there was that.
When a girl spun the bottle and it landed on him, his hazel eyes widened in surprise, wondering what she was going to do. She seemed like an older student, but he couldn't say he was familiar with her. He doubted she would go for the kiss, but who knew with this ridiculous game?

𝒜madea was not entirely sure how she had gotten herself roped into this activity. She had honestly seen 'Beans' and written her name down. If there was one thing Amadea was a sucker for, it was sweets. She would be the first person to admit that she had a giant sweet tooth, and anything involving prizes of candy was something she would be interested in. Unfortunately, her sweet tooth had led her slightly astray with this particular event as she had not read the full informational sheet when putting her name down. Not only were the beans not for eating but rather scorekeeping, but this game involved kissing! She listened to the rules being explained, trying to multitask and eye the group around her to see if there was anyone she recognized. So far, there was not.
If Amadea was being completely honest, she was absolutely dreading this. In her six previous years at Hogwarts, romance was not something that fell as a high priority for the young Hufflepuff. She had focused on doing well in school, putting her extra energy into her extracurricular activities, and forming strong and healthy friendships with her close friends. Amongst all of those tasks, she had not blocked out any time to focus on romance. Even while her friends experimented with dating and relationships (her two best friends went through a period of dating each other) Amadea had stayed focused on her studies and friends, which might sound cliché, but it was the choice she had made. Now, though, Amadea was entering her seventh year at Hogwarts and was still 0-1 in the romantic department. She had not had her first kiss, but she was definitely not going to let it be at this darned spin the bottle event.
She reeled her mind back into the moment as the student was explaining the rules. Her eyes drifted toward the artwork on the mat they sat on, with the bright red blossoms that reminded her of her own hair. As the game began, she reached out and spun the bottle on her turn, watching as it circled around and around until landing on a boy that she did not recognize. Was he in her year? Amadea wasn't sure. She was glad that the groups had been separated by age, because it would be weird to be in a group with a bunch of underclassmen. Amadea studied him, noticing the widening of his eyes as the bottle pointed toward his fate. He seemed nervous. Amadea was suddenly having second thoughts about this whole game in the first place. She had not come into this with the expectation that she would be kissing anyone, and she would never want to kiss someone without asking for their permission first, but at the same time, she also felt conflicted now as she did not want to immediately say no and risk offending the boy. It wasn't like she didn't want to kiss him because of something inherent about him...she just didn't really want to kiss anyone without getting to know them first. She also hated losing. She could always opt for a kiss somewhere not on the lips in order to get the reward. Realizing that she had to say something, she quickly stuttered, "Oh, haha, um, how about a kiss on the hand?" she asked awkwardly, pointing at her own hand as the boy was not painfully aware of what body part she was referring to.

in stone, looking for the place where they were supposed to sit. Once he found it, he groaned abruptly, not caring what he was doing. He was really regretting this... He was confused, because he contradicted himself as he wanted to spend time with Dylan.
─ In the grounds and throughout the school, there was talk of one thing, which was the Spin the Bottle. It was a fairly familiar game in him, having heard and played it on many occasions although he had always rejected kisses, being something that disgusted him. But he had been convinced by who his boyfriend was then, Dylan Rhys. It was hard enough having to resist the charms of this cute guy, who took almost a week to convince Egon to join. He was walking around the grounds, scowling but his hand intertwined with Dylan’s. He walked
So Egon and Dylan found their group, which was the group 2. He sat down with other people and waited until he knew something about what they were going to do. It was when his friend Tone began to explain about the game, that in spin the bottle had a little change, that if someone accepted the kiss or did the interaction, it got good beans — something that Egon assumed. He stared at the bottle for a few seconds, then observed the food that was there. He stepped forward to catch two pieces of cheese, without taking his eyes off Dylan. He felt the need to kiss, so followed by his feelings, he bent over to give Dylan a soft kiss, letting him know he was there for him. After that, his friend started the first round, with the bottle spinning a few times, until in the fourth turn, the bottle landed on him. His expression remained indifferent, watching the boy. The boy introduced himself as Hadashi Hitoshi.
As he had presented himself before kissing his hand, that earned him the respect of the Spaniard, which was worth it with a smile as an answer “Pleasure to meet you Hadashi, my name is Egon Gushiken.” he replied in Japanese. He looked at the others and hurried to explain that he had presented himself but with his language. After that, the bottle spun again, until it landed on his boyfriend. He watched the interaction with indifference as he was sipping water. After the interaction and introduction ended, he approached Dylan “Don’t worry, it’s just a game.” he let him know, to reassure him. He looked at him with those green ones as intense as the forest, tilting his head with a smile. He was a little thoughtful over how the next round was going to be, with Dylan being the last turn of the first round. If anything he was sure, it was that things were going to get more interesting if they continued.

Dylan had been smitten with Egon ever since he had seen him in that... well some ball. He had not known back then, that that glance was enough to make him feel this way about Egon! Anyways, he had tried to convince Egon to come to the campgrounds in hopes of getting some time with his boyfriend. He knew that they were going to play spin the bottle. He was sorta excited about it and sorta scared. It was sort of a mixed feeling.
Walking with his hands intertwined with his boyfriends, and a smile on his face, Dylan made the way to the campgrounds. He was able to identify the group he and his boyfriend were part of and made their way to it. He sat down next to Egon with his head on his shoulder as he watched someone speaking about the game. He paid attention as much as he could on what was being said. He was glancing at Egon from time to time. He smiled as he caught Egon looking at him. He kissed Egon back when Egon kissed his lips. He was glad that Egon was there. He felt better being with Egon.
He frowned a little as he saw someone kissing his boyfriend's hand. But well it was just a game. So he was trying not to be jealous of it. Soon the bottle landed on him. He was nervous and it was showing. He felt a guy who introduced himself as Geller kissed his hand. "It is nice to meet you Geller. I am Dylan Rhys." He said looking at Geller. He turned to Egon to get some assurance. Egon's words of reassurance made him feel better. Once the interaction was done, he laid his head back on Egon's shoulder and looked at him. He loved how beautiful his green eyes looked. Dylan's blue eyes might have been the most striking feature of him, but Egon's eyes were nothing compared to his.

Spin the Bottle Beans! - Group 2
@Opeila Winters (Theodore Duncain)
You knew a summer camp cabin was bad when the occupants stooped to joining a Spin the Bottle game just to avoid having to hang around it for too long. Many members of the Unicorn Cabin sought the various summer events as temporary refuge from the rainbow plane of hell. Xailah was no different. While she didn't typically have an issue keeping herself entertained when she was out, seeing as she had plenty of summertime haunts to keep herself occupied for hours on end; curiosity would eventually get the best of her when it came down to it.
It was a horrible curse, curiosity.
It was what had brought her here- to this slumber party game- in the first place. Nearly seven years spent dodging such activities, and yet Xailah would succumb so easily to the silly question of "why?". Why was there appeal? Why did people enjoy the intimacy of a stranger? Why were they not questioning if there was something wrong with said stranger? That was just scratching the surface of the many "why's" that lead up to this strange point in time. Now would have been easy to turn back, but between returning to the dreaded cabin of horrors and playing the game, Spin the Bottle quickly made itself out to be the lesser of two evils. Which... was not saying much.
So she stayed for the time being, more preoccupied with serving Schrödinger some cheese from the makeshift snack platter than she was with the group she had been sent off with. There was much surprise when seeing who all had flocked to the game- and to be completely honest there was some disappointment in seeing see some of the familiar faces that were present. Had they no standards? Or were they just as curious about this whole thing as she was?
Of course maybe she was in no place to judge. Some were probably wondering why she was here too. Admittedly, it was a weird choice on her part; when put simply: she had no real place here among the players of the bottle game.
Xailah was oblivious to all things- words, actions, implications- that were not strictly platonic in nature. It was a rather clear thing she displayed- this disinterest. There was never a clear indication of whether or not her blindness was by choice, or if she truly did not know what was going on when someone tried to move in. In any case, she seemed relatively unbothered, having apparently been blessed with the ability to ignore whatever depravities some tried to swoop in with.
Seven years and she had never experienced a crush or any sort of attraction to anyone. This fact would go unchanged as she progressed in her years. While her deceptive modesty could have been misconstrued; make no mistake- any politeness presented was simply a ingrained means of conversing, nothing more. No one could keep up with her insatiable lust for life itself and her deafening call of the wild blue yonder. It was not unknown; while she was deemed a loyal companion by some, it was also obvious that she was an incredibly unfaithful one as well. This had always been a part of her nature from the very beginning. Regimen bored her quickly, and commitment of any sort terrified her. She drifted here and there, and she was the most happiest this way.
That said, she had gone on "dates"- all one-sided endeavors attended for her own amusement, or an insatiable need to obtain information- reciprocation was not something she found herself extending at all. She entertained the wandering eye and the man on the street, let them hope, let them wonder; but she never allowed anything to extend beyond what was really all just a game to her, put simply.
Ultimately, it was clear that the only love she had was a love for life itself and the freedoms that accompanied it. Otherwise, she was completely indifferent to the concept of attraction and intimacy. She always had been.
So, it was of no surprise that once it was Xailah's turn to give the accursed bottle a whirl, she did not act in haste to fulfill the games main goal- because, frankly, she had absolutely zero intention of following through. However, she would go to her target with a small platter of cheese in hand, which she had been previously carrying for her cat (came out of curiosity, stayed so Schrödinger could get his fill of cheese; yeah, this was going to be a weird evening), and lay the truth out as it was. "I have no intention to osculate with you. I hope you were not set on it." She waved her free hand apologetically. "However, I would like to ask you what your name is, and which school you are from. I do not believe I have met you before. And what could have possibly lured you to this game? Was it the cheese?"
Xailah is "retreating" from Theodore. She seems more interested in making conversation with the foreign student than entertaining the concept of swapping saliva with him.
Before me, you rightly tremble. But, fear is not what you owe me. You owe me awe....

Spin the Bottle Beans! - Group 2
@Xailah Alptraum
Theo had participated in several spin the bottle games before- every time there was one, really. It seemed like a fun place for meeting people, if they weren't going around, randomly slapping people for literally no reason... Not that this particular incident had any meaning or any effect on his life, but occasionally, whenever he thought of it, he just ended up asking himself why. Theo was no mean person. He had treated the kid with the same friendliness he showed everyone else around him and so far that had always gone well.
An older girl spun the bottle and it ended up pointing at him. Theo waited, looking at the girl. She was probably like two or three years older than him and he had seen her at camps and events a few times, but he didn't know her name. The two of them weren't hanging out in the same circles.
She told him that she had no intention to kiss him, which he accepted with his usual carefree smile. "That's okay, I take no offense." He would scoot over a bit, so she could sit next to him. "Then I will just take a piece of that instead." With a quick movement of his hand he would take a piece of cheese from the platter and throw it into his mouth.
"We haven't met but I do think I have seen you around sometimes. I'm Theo, a fifth year from Ilvermorny.", he introduced himself. "You know, I feel like your answer to that exact question would be way more interesting than mine, considering you seem to dislike the kissing part so much.", he would comment before answering her question. "I like meeting people and I feel like usually the people in these games are here for the same, rather than kissing strangers. Sure that may be fun to some but I don't think that it is the point of it for most people. Truth or dare works well for that too, it's these little challenges to overcome with someone else."
