The date was July 18th and two weeks and three days had passed since he had graduated from his repeat of third year. He had heard already that there would be a program offered for those who had fallen behind in their schooling due to personal experiences and as such his parents had allowed him to stay in the London Flat once more with another tutor, in order to study for the test. It was strange to experience as it had only been a year since his original tutor had passed away from a car accident and here he was back again with another tutor who was barely an acquaintance. That tutor had been his companion for over eight years, yet academics must continue, it seems. Having finished the work he was required to do in order to succeed at his plans for advancing to fifth year instead of fourth year after the summer, he had a bout of nostalgia as he sat on the sage couch that had been here since the beginning, causing him to look at the picture they had taken together years ago. Edward had visited Tristan on a perfect summer day, his tutor buying them ice cream cones for them to enjoy. The picture is a perfect memory of a time where even Tristan believed the world would be a truly happy one, that one day he would be able to tell Edward that he was magical and everything would stay the same, best friends for life. Edward was a happy, animated, and joyful individual and interestingly enough Colin McCoire that had the thick burr of a Scottish boy reminded him incredibly of that. In a spur of a moment decision, he decided to invite him to the flat and thus he took out his quill and scroll as Colin was from a Wizarding family.
