Hi! How are you? It's been a while since we've talked to each other. I imagine it was because of end-of-year stress and exams and stuff. But I've missed seeing you around! I hope you're doing good and that the end of the year went well.
I'm not completely sure why I'm writing you a letter, honestly. But I just wanted to talk to you. What are you doing during the summer holidays? I heard there was a camp at Hogwarts, but I'm not going, because I missed my family so much! After all, we're at school for the rest of the year, and as much as I love it, I'm not willingly going to spend another month there. Are you going to camp?
My holidays are going pretty well so far (although it's only been like five days). I'm happy to see my siblings and parents again, and it's awesome not to have any homework. But I do miss the library, and my friends. Irina - she's a Gryffindor, I don't know if you know her - is coming over to my house in August, though! I'm very excited.
Hope your holidays are going well too, whether you're at the camp or somewhere else. I can't believe we're going to be second years! It just blows my mind that we've been at Hogwarts for a year now. You're my only good Slytherin friend (apart from maybe Mellani), so... do you want to share a dorm? It's completely fine if you don't, it's just a suggestion. I'm just thinking I don't want to spend another year in a dorm on my own, and you're awesome, so why not share?
