CL Baseless Paranoia

“Platform 93/4, alright this shouldn’t be to hard!” Muttering to herself, she anxiously strode past the various other platforms, counting them, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, huh?. Now to figure out where exactly the 3/4 point was between the two previous platforms.

Her grip tightened on the handle of her small suitcase, pulling it closer to her chest. This certainly felt, well odd was the best way to describe it, she was just an eleven year old kid in a crowded train station without parents accompanying her, how thrilling, I really should have taken them up on that offer when they dropped me off…

Focus, she sighed, bringing her free hand up to her temple, rubbing it. Getting distracted was awfully easy nowadays, but that wasn’t the point, I’m losing my focus again, curses.

“Right,” She straightened, “It should be by that pillar.” With that, she headed off towards the location she had pinpointed.

The actual going in had been a lot easy than she had first imagined (she wouldn’t willingly admit she thought she would face plant and humiliate herself), just a few deep breaths and a lightly jogging start and bam she was at the platform.

The platform was jam packed with families and kids talking and entering the train, needless to say, it was loud. Alexandra herself took a couple steps forward, weaving through the crowd in an attempt to enter the train. She stepped onto it, awkwardly stumbling through the tight passageway to find a relatively quiet cabin near the end of the train.

She silently opened a door, here goes nothing.
