1. Mentor Donation
The money goes to our dear headmaster. For use to send to the mentors after their mentees graduate. If you look at the Mentorship program, once one of their mentees graduate, the mentor gets 3 galleons from professor Lear. This donation is to give its money to reward the mentors.

2. Gryffindor Main Donation
The money goes to the staffs of Gryffindor, for several uses.

2.1 Gryffindor Cup Reward Branch Reward
The money goes to the HoH of Gryffindor, whenever Gryffindor wins the House Cup, this money helps pay for the Gryffindor's members Cup reward.

2.2 Gryffindor Broom Donation
The money goes to the captains of Gryffindor's Broom Racing and Quididtch, helps them update their brooms.

2.3 Gryffindor Sports Reward
The money goes to reward the members of the teams once they win a match.

2.4 Gryffindor Academics Reward
The money goes to reward the top 10 earners of Gryffindor every month.

3. Hufflepuff Main Donation
The money goes to the staffs of Hufflepuff, for several uses.

Please read before donating

Please note that you do not need to donate to any staff-run activities. The mentoring, the house cup rewards, errands etc are all official systems and admin (such as myself) will fully fund this. It doesn't need donations. Please do not waste your funds on it or feel like you have to give to it.

There are some unofficial donation funds (by unofficial I mean they are not managed by staff but rather individuals who want to do this, such as this one) - for various things such as various sport teams.

If you want to give additional money on top of our official things or simply wish to donate it to staff members/anyone as individual, you can. But this money won't be used or needed for officially sanctioned things as we can materialise the money and don't need donations to do this.
