As each day passed at Hogwarts, Allen kept getting more and more anxious, his mind consumed by thoughts of the impending full moon he would spend away from his family. Homesickness alone was already challenging, but his condition added an extra layer of preoccupation. Seeking solace, he grabbed a book recommended by his bookworm sister and set out to find a quiet location to clear his mind. Stepping into the library, the Hufflepuff boy was taken aback by the bustling scene before him.

He had hoped to find a secluded spot where he could relax in the library's silence, but it appeared that most of the seats were occupied. Soon enough, he spotted an unoccupied seat next to a girl who also seemed young enough to be a first-year student. Clutching the book he had tightly in one hand and with a shy smile on his face to convey friendliness, he approached her. "Excuse me, would you mind if I sit here?" he uttered softly, his voice carrying a hint of timidity.

In truth, he wasn't quite sure if he needed to seek permission in a shared space like this, but he believed it best to remain courteous by asking. Curiously, he attempted to catch a glimpse of whatever the girl was reading or studying while awaiting a response.
