The morning was a wonderful time to take a stroll through the campus. Firstly, it was quiet. Secondly, in the summer it wasn’t too hot nor too cold. Thirdly, it was also a pretty good exercise. And lastly, you could meet up with friends or even make new ones.
But today, seemed pretty quiet as I walked through the corridors. I made sure no professors were in sight. I pulled out some a miniature version of a wizarding radio and started to listen. The music was quiet so no one could hear but me. I sighed as music came out and hummed along to it.
Closing my eyes I took a deep breathe. This was my favorite way to start the morning. This and a little bit of either reading or writing. Both were great. As I opened my eyes to continue walking I accidentally bumped into someone else. It happened in a few seconds. I was walking a bit without looking and BOOM! Now I was on the ground. I rubbed my arm and looked over to the other person.
It was another Hufflepuff. I had seen her around in the common room a few times.
“OMG, I’m so sorry about that! Are you okay?” I asked. The girl was on the floor. I held out my hand to her and smiled. “My name’s Reyna Evergreen if you didn’t know. What’s your name?” I said.
I hoped she would forgive me and that this situation would turn into a good one, not a bad one. I really hoped so.
