Surefire Summer Camp
It was near summer, and Clark had to admit. He was excited for whatever it may have entailed. However, perhaps it would just be his misbehavior that leads to him not being able to participate in Hogwart’s Summer Camp- since apparently one is hosted yearly.
His behavior in his first year was setting books on fire, breaking and entering, attempted murder of Jeff the Plant, thievery, cussing, harming others, and more. He really wasn’t a fan of behaving, but that was just his mind. He was still young. His brain was still growing. Right? That had to be a viable excuse for the hell he caused.
But despite that stupidity he inspired upon himself, he found himself enjoying at least a small fragment of his mischief. Nothing like the thrill of doing what scared most people- what deterred them.
He had a certain feeling inside him, reminding him that what he was doing was good for Hogwarts in the long run. But that likely isn’t what anyone agreed with. People, in Clark’s eyes, seemed to just be rotten to the core with kindness and it was sickening.
Where was their heart? Where did it lie? Did it truly lie as a 10 on the scale of Horrible Versions of people?
Not like he knew the answer or the true version behind the wall of people and their emotions- what makes them feel better. It was part of why he wasn’t a therapist after all- nor would he have wanted to have been a therapist.
But what did his behavior have to do as a penchant as to why or why he couldn’t go to summer camp? Despite how mightmarish that little phrase may sound, it was probably the best way to attempt to discourage Clark’s behavior. And Clark knew that, but that might not happen after all… if he could prove that he truly was sorry for what he had done.
Again, what could he do? How could he prove he was sorry? He might not have been sorry down to the bone, simply because he wanted to go to summer camp.
Maybe he could write a note and send it to each professor individually… maybe send something he possessed that meant something to him- that wasn’t dragon dung at least.
Otherwise the alternative was… Clark gasped dramatically, making it look like he was fainting… going to Logan’s house. Blasted tuna girl. Clark despised her guts and wished she would’ve just gone to another school. He should’ve done dragon dung instead of tuna, it would been even more putrid and rancid and likely would’ve stained her bedsheets- but he didn’t. He didn’t start using dragon dung until he stole them from the Greenhouses.
Crap. He didn’t want to be trapped with Logan or even just her family. They were equally as crazy. Hopefully Logan would’ve gone to summer camp with her good behavior and this would just allow Clark to deal with one less trouble. Hopefully.
He gave the letters to one of the school owls, letting them deliver them to the professors.

Professor Zoe,
I’m sorry I wasn’t charming in your class, and probably truly a pain in the ass. If you’ll accept my pathetic apology after my beautiful destruction of your room… then I will do my hardest to do better in your class next year.
Professor Meabh,
Sorry for breaking potion vials in your class. I’m not that sorry about dumping the entails of whatever potion we were brewing that day, on my partner. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
Professor Gregor,
Sorry about your window… kind of. I just needed to throw stuff. I was mad that you assigned us homework when I just wanted to play.
Professor Constellation,
I caused absolutely no problems in your class (insert innocent face drawing later on) please don’t tell my dad what I did. I’m sorry if I did anything wrong. *winks*
Professor Browne,
I understand that you’re new here, as you weren’t here fall, so if Zalid had told you anything- it’s an obvious lie. I totally did not destroy your room in February or March. I totally did not leave a note. I was completely innocent.
Dad,
I have no idea why I’m writing you. Maybe because I’m trying to prove you wrong. I’m obviously the best behaved student here at Hogwarts and if you ask any professors here, they’ll tell you the same thing.
You’re mean. Bye.
Professor McLoughin,
You’ve been hallucinating. Jeff is dead. I killed him. But I didn’t break into the greenhouse. You’ve probably been spending too much time around the other Professors, it seems to be traumatizing you with all their fake stories about me.
There. 8 professors, 8 letters. He had to send them, no time to lose! Especially if he wanted to go to summer camp. Dad definitely has to let him go.Professor Felix,
I don’t know you. I think I skipped all your classes just to go hang out in Hogsmeade or to sneak into one of the greenhouses…
Wait. Don’t tell him I’ve skipped your classes… I’ll be in big trouble. Instead.. *insert winking face here later on before sending to Felix*
I’ll give you a galleon.
