First of all, thank you very much for finding my book. I was looking for him everywhere. Thank you so much for finding.

I think Hogwarts is huge and mysterious. I think it's even better than what my parents told me. Maybe we can explore together. The Gryffindor common room is pretty cozy and cool. It's almost golden and red everywhere, and it's really heartwarming if you're going to study at night. So how is the Ravenclaw common room?

No worries!

Sounds like Ravenclaw common room is quite the opposite then, cozy for sure, but it's more in the cool shades of blue and copper. Also, there are stars in ceiling, which is a nice touch. During the nights, when the moon shines in, it's the coolest atmosphere.

It's nothing to worry about! I wasn't bothered.

Well, I'm from Edinburgh. Half-blood. I like to read and listen to music, mostly. I like history, astronomy, philosophy... Among other things. And also exploring and gardening. Part from the other subjects, I think Herbology could be quite fun.

What about you, what do you like? And what do you think of Hogwarts so far?

Dear Simon
I'm sorry I'm writing my letter late. I'm trying to finish the assignments. My mom promised me one semester that if I study well, she'll buy me a pet. (Okay, maybe my aunt may have said this or forced my mother to write it down. I don't know at all) I will buy a cat. How about you? Do you have a pet? My Brother have a rat.

I'm from Washington. I am purebred. I guess Edinburgh is in Scotland, I'm not? I like to draw more play Quidditch and play the guitar. Maybe I'll send you a drawing in my next letter. I like Defense Against the Dark Arts and Astronomy more. Hogwarts is myshtic and beatiful place.

I was beginning to wonder if Hoax had lost my letter. That is my owl, by the way. Or technically he is our family owl, but I get to borrow him while at Hogwarts. I like cats too, though. You needn't worry about replying! Of course school is more important than answering my letters.

Wow, so you are American? I did not know that! But now that I think of it I haven't heard you speak so much in class. I like those subjects too!! Astronomy even more. I think space, stars and planets are fascinating.

P.S. I'm looking forward to that drawing ha-ha. Could be fun to get something else than only letters from Hoax for a change!

Yes, I'm American. I'm sorry we didn't talk that much in class. I don't like to talk that much, but I like to write. I guess we didn't talk much because I'm a bit withdrawn. Yes, Astronomy is a different course. I feel like I'm in a different world.

You don't have to apologize for being withdrawn. My father always says that introverts are more internally active, and to me that's completely fine. I share some traits with introverts as well.

By the way, you seemed to be doing good in Potions class today. Professor Regan looked impressed. Good job.
