Blue = Elena
Red = Others people

Here I was.
The King's Cross Station in London. I was looking around to see if I could see any futur student at Hogwarts like me. I was with my dad who wasn't stopping telling me:
"It's important that you get sorted into Ravenclaw like every members of our family Elena ! But I'm sure you would be. You're a Blackwood after all ! Oh and remember to do not tell anyone that you're a half-blood ! That's the reputation of our family that count into that !"

I was clearly under pressure after what he said because if I'm being sorted somewhere else I would be the shame of my family. But first thing first I had to get to the platform 9 3/4. I was walking around, searching for the 9 and 10 platforms. About 5 minutes looking around I found them and got down the stairs to the platform. My dad told me where I had to go when I got there. I was looking at the famous wall that we had to go throught and look at it up and down.
*It's kinda scary thinking about the fact that we have to run into the wall like that.. What if I just don't go throught it and just crash into the wall and fall ? That would be kinda embarassing..*

I closed my eyes for a second and took a deep breath before running fast into the wall. I didn't crash into it. I went throught. I was highly relief and took again a deep breath. After that I looked around.

I saw the platform sign.

"Well.. platform 9 3/4. I'm here. Let's go then !"

I went with my luggage to the controller and gave them to him. I looked at the train for a moment just thinking about what's going to happen next. I was really there. Close to the best moment of my life. The best year. I'm a step closer to my futur.
The train was really beautiful.. Used but beautiful. He was colored with a beautiful red and had a bit of black in the front. I was looking at it in awe before getting into the train.

I hopped into the train and I was looking at the right and the left to see where I would go. After a moment I decided to go to the left and I arrived into a long hallway with some kind of cabin. I was walking down the hallway looking for any free space or any empty cabin to sit in. I was also looking around to look at the inside of the train itself. I was so freaking excited for the train to start even if I had to find a space to sit in before we go.

I found an empty cabin and went to sit in it waiting for anyone to come in maybe ? I was just too excited to go to Hogwarts already that I didn't really care at the moment if someone would sit in here. I went by the window to look at the outside and get the view when we'll start.
I was also thinking again about the fact I would be sorted in a House and that if I didn't get Ravenclaw I would be the shame of the family and start freaking out about that even if I tried to hide it the best I could. I was playing with my hands because of the stress and I was kinda lost in my mind.

Hogwarts was the dream of my life but also the biggest stress I could have.

And here I am, I still can't believe that in a few hours I'll be at Hogwarts!

My parents are more enthusiastic than I can be, they've been following me for a week or so to make sure I have everything I need.

The evening before we set out here at king's cross station my parents and i had a deep conversation about what my life was going to be like from the next day onwards. I grew up studying in a muggle school at the behest of my parents who decided to live a life away from magic after the battle of hogwarts. However, they always mentioned to me what I would go against once I turned 11 and I couldn't wait for this moment to arrive.

During the conversation the issue of sorting came up; my mum was sorted into Ravenclaw and my dad into Gryffindor (I've never really understood how they got to know each other being from two different houses, but I promised myself I'd ask them sooner or later). I don't know which house I want to be sorted into, but my parents have been very picky about the fact that it would have been better for me if I hadn't ended up in Slytherin, but that will only show in the sorting.

Now I'm here in front of the column that separates me from the hogwarts express, I pass it with my parents and when I see the train for the first time I almost get excited, how wonderful!. My father loads my luggage while my mother tells me to be careful and to be good, the usual motherly things. I look around and see that, like me, many other kids are eager to embark on this new journey, I just hope to make some friends, in the muggle world I've never had many...

Before the train leaves, I greet my parents with a big hug and I get on. the train is also wonderful inside. I start walking down the corridor to look for an empty booth, but all of them were already occupied by at least one person. So I give up on my search and stop in front of a cabin in which a girl with thick black hair was sitting near the window.

I knock hoping she won't mind my joining her.

Here I was still in my thoughts. I was thinking and stressing out about the fact that I would be a shame for my family if I wasn't sorted in Ravenclaw. What would my father say if I'm not sorted in Ravenclaw ? What would he do if he found out ? I looked at my hands and at the window again just trying to chill out a bit since it would be pretty obvious to anyone who enter the cabin to sit in that I was highly anxious. Even if I was excited to go to Hogwarts, I was deep in my thoughts stressing myself out even tho nothing's been done already and the train didn't even started already.

I was looking at the window when I was interrupted in my thoughts by a sound coming at the cabin door. I was a bit startled and became a bit stiffed by it. I looked at the cabin door to see a girl who's seems to be a future new student too.

I was looking at her a bit. She had a pretty long black hair and was wearing glasses. She looks pretty. I looked at her and smiled at her before telling her:

"You can come in. I don't mind having company. And anyway, the train is for everyone !"

I wasn't sure if she heard me so I gave her a sign inviting her to enter the cabin I was in. Maybe would she become my first friend ? I tried to remain calm even if I was highly anxious and excited at the same time just to don't be awkward to her. Nothing's done I should just talk to her maybe it would calm me down to have company !
