Velius Thaldor, a first year Ravenclaw, is starting a political debate group on topics like the liberation of all magical beings and the guarantee of equal rights for all of them.

This includes revisiting the vast history of Goblin rebellions, how they lost their right to use wands, the possibilities to spread awareness and end the oppression of house elves, as well as discussing the discrimination of werewolves and vampires.
