Alexis is reading a book in an empty compartment. She didn't want to sit with her brother and his friends since she wanted to make her own friends.

Alexis realized that she could've sat with her other friends in their compartment, but she decided not to.

Alexis is curious to see if anyone would sit with her in her empty compartment. Alexis hopes she can make some new friends trough out her seven years at Hogwarts.

Once Alexis finished her book, she noticed the trolley lady was there. She put her book down and heard her ask,

"Anything off the trolley, dear?"
"Yes. May I please have some beans please?" Alexis asks
"Sure thing dear." The trolley lady says giving Alexis a box of Every Flavor beans.
"Thank you." Alexis says

She took the beans and paid the trolley lady. When the lady left, Alexis decided to eat some of her beans.

Soon, Alexis became bored, so she decided to read one of her textbooks. Alexis chose Hogwarts, A History.

While she was reading, she became even more excited for her time at Hogwarts. She wonders if she could find all of the secret passage ways or even maybe the Chamber of secrets.

Alexis was too deep in her thoughts and reading the book, she didnt even notice the knock on her compartment door

Alexis was too busy reading her book, she didnt even notice a girl walking into the compartment. She only looked up when she heard her voice.

"Oh, hello. I didnt hear you coming in. Of course you can sit here." Alexis says giving her a smile.

Alexis decided to read a few more pages before closing the textbook. Once she was done the amount she wanted to read, she put the book away. She than heard the girl speak again. She lightly chuckled than said,

"Well, im kind studying. But I was also just bored and I had nothing else to do. This book is very interesting actually. It tells you a lot about Hogwarts."

Alexis than stopped speaking since she said a lot. She than decided to eat of more beans. An idea than popped into her mind and she handed the box to the girl. She than said,

"Would you like one? They have every flavor. And I mean every flavor."

Alexis decided to wait for the girls reply. While waiting she realized she should introduce herself as well. So, she spoke again saying,

"Oh, I'm Alexis. Alexis Rose. And you are?"

Alexis has a feeling her and the other girl could become great friends. She just hopes that its true!

Alexis felt the girl take a bean. She then looked at her and wondered which one she got. When she heard her introduce herself, Alexis smiled. She then said,
"It's nice to meet you too, Ingrid! This book isn't really for any of our classes. Well, I don't think it is. It's just good to read what's inside here to figure out what Hogwarts is like."

Alexis then took the box back and ate another bean. Alexis then put the box down and ate the bean. Alexis smiled when she realized it was a strawberry bean. When she heard Ingrid speak again, she turned to her and said,
"Well, if it tastes like soap, it might be a soap-flavored bean. I got strawberry."

Alexis then paused since she heard Ingrid speak again. Alexis thought about what to say then she said,
"Hmmmmmmmmmm, well, I could tell you about things here in the Wizarding World if you'd like. But, I really want to know, what house d'you think you'll be in? I think I'll be in either Gryffindor or Ravenclaw. Wait, did your dad tell you about the four Hogwarts houses?"

Alexis then stopped talking since she realized she said a lot. She wondered what Ingrid's reply would be. But, she then realized that she'd not only be meeting Pure-bloods, but she'll also be meeting half-blood's and muggles at Hogwarts.

When Ingrid gave Alexis a friendly smile, Alexis smiled back. She than decided to move the box closer to Ingrid, than she said,

"So, pretty much with these beans, you pick one, but you dont know which one your getting. Oh course you can take another one. I moved the box closer so we can both take some."

Alexis looked at Ingrid and decided to move the box somewhat more closer to her. Alexis than took another bean and took a bite.

Her expression went from a smile to a disgusting look. Once she ate the bean. Her expression went back to normal and she said,

"Sadly, I just got myself a vomit flavor."

Alexis than looked at Ingrid and saw that her expression was softened. She wondered why it was like this, but than she heard her speak and it made sense. She than said,

"Hmm mm mm, interesting. I could see you in Hufflepuff since your kind. I wonder, are you also helpful?"

Alexis wondered if she would be able to help Ingrid figure out what house she would be sorted into. But, Ingrid would have to answer her question first in order for Alexis to know.

"Hmm mm mm, I mean, I dont think anyone would fall. But, who knows." Alexis says.
