And her she was, more than a year later, in the same shop. It had been four months since Anastasia separated from her pet. Four months that she kinda missed Onyx. But she knew that she couldn't take care or a ferret or any energetic pet. She didn't have the correct temper to do it. That's why her eyes automaticly drifted to the terrarium, full of spiders.
Spiders had always been a passionating animal to Anastasia's eyes. There was so many differest species, from many different places. Like all animals, would you say. But in Anastasia's mind, spiders were different. They are beautiful! One of them, slowly weaving its web, caught the girl's eye.
— Very interesting animals, aren't they?
— They are.
Anastasia hadn't heard Mrs. Witticker approach. The shop-keeper was wearing a floral dress and her white short hair was curled up. The total opposit of Anastasia, with her black jeans, tank top and dark green flannel shirt, and her long wavy black hair. She also looked tired, even with the concealer the put on this morning. To be honest, she always looked tired and sick, probably because of her five hours of sleep per day and the fact that she was a Dhampir.
— Uh, how much do they cost? This one is beautiful.
— Ah, this one is one of the wongest of the terrarium. Born on December of last year. It would be twenty galleons. Let me grab a little terrarium for her and I'll explain you how to take care of her.
During the next twenty minutes, Mrs. Witticker explained to a very interested Anastasia everything she needed to know about European Hairy Trappers and how to take care of them. Before leaving with the spider that Anastasia named Lady Arachne, her small terrarium and a few more things, the shop-keeper proposed a cookie, that she girl kindly refused. When she went back home, her mother looked shocked that her daughter actually bought a spider. Anastasia had told her that she would, but Mathilda hadn't belived her until now.
