Claude looked around, surprised at how many people (not to mention the endless pets!) were here at Platform 9 3/4. Claude had to laugh, not so much because he thought the name was funny asout of elation. His siblings had written him of this, now it was his turn. "Claude, honey, please come here. Don't wander off, please." Claude immediately turned around and answered, "Yes mom, I'm just looking around." Claude then resumed looking at everyone there, namely a few pretty girls that had caught his eye. His sister, a pretty girl herself, asked, "Claude, how do you feel? Are you nervous?" Claude tried to answer as honestly as he could, saying "Yeah, a bit. I wonder if I'll make friends." Claude's sister gave him a reassuring smile, saying, "I'm sure you will." Claude slumped, and in a low tone said, "Easy for you to say, you have so many guys who like you because you're so pretty." Then, before his sister could say anything else, Claude quickly said, "I'm going to take a little walk." Claude walked away, in his own thoughts. He passed a few groups of kids, all talking and laughing. Claude wished his friends from home were with him now, but he couldn't find them. Claude was so busy thinking, he didn't notice he bumped into a witch who was talking with another bearded wizard. Claude quickly said, "I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going!' The witch then looked warmly at him and then replied, "That's okay dearie, is this your first time here?"
