Happy new year! I hope your schooling is going well, I know its been a while since we last talked but Alas, here I am! Winter break was painfully slow, my sister and I got a puppy for Christmas, which sucks because we won't be able to see him for most the year. I'm guessing Mammy wanted the dog more than anything, but I'll let her think that I am happy about the dog. My sister named him Lafayette, which I think fits him well. How was your holiday? Did you have fun? I hope you are having the most wonderful time with whatever you have been up to.

I also hope you are doing well, and a happy new year to you! It is good great to hear from you after so long as well, and I am glad to hear about your newest puppy. I hope that when you do get to see him, you enjoy your time with him, I am sure he is very cute.
My Christmas was uneventful, but I did receive some things from my parents that I wanted, including a new notebook to record my new nature findings, which I am very excited about. Hopefully, I can fill it soon with plants and animals I can find elsewhere in the world, but for now I will settle for the trees in the nearby forests.
I am back at school now, and it is the same as it has always been. Though, I have been doing a little more broom-racing training in preparation for the summer. Hopefully, I will see you there again.
I also hope you are doing well, and that you are having a good great time with whatever you are doing these days, and I hope to hear from you soon

What is your favourite plant or tree? I think I like grass best. There is no studying for it and it is very nice to lay on, don't you agree? I do not know much about plants I will admit, I know about trees, and Sea plants, and magic plants and the boring Muggle plants they think are so interesting but thats all.
Are you going on a trip soon? Maybe if you come to Pigwarts1 in April you can see some different plants and animals.
Same as you, I am back at school and still hating every second of it. The people act like its my fault that they ran into me while chatting with their little amis2 when they should be looking where they are going.

I do love cherry blossom trees, as they remind me a lot of home. My mother likes to have the flowers around the house as decorations too. I do also like the sea plants, I think that some of them can be very beautiful, and I do agree that grass is quite nice also, especially to lay on.
I am remaining hopeful that I can make a visit back to Europe in the near future. Hogwarts (or Pigwarts as you have so called it) does have a very different landscape to Japan, but I have travelled there one or two times before now. The place I would love to visit is France, and it would allow me to visit you also. Is there any specific place that I should go to if I am able to make it there?
I am sorry to hear that you are not enjoying school so far, but I would like to think there is at least one thing that you enjoy there. Maybe you have some good friends there, and it is good to see them? I know that I do miss my friends when I do not get to see them as much.
