OOC: All of my replies in this RP thread will either be written in the 3rd person POV or Magdaline's POV (1st person). This opening post in particular is written in 3rd person, b/c it makes it easier for me to draw out the word count lol. The timeline for this RP thread begins at around midday on March 2nd, 2023, but can progress as far out as the participants in the RP allow it to.
It was around noon, and Maggie was starting to get hungry. Despite her overwhelming hunger, Maggie couldn't help but wonder what @Kayla Realma, her first and only real friend up until now at Hogwarts, was up to at the moment. Either way, Maggie eventually decided to focus on fixing her hunger problem first, as well as the more important problem of already being 10 minutes late for lunch. So, she turned off her dorm room light and walked out, closing the door behind her. The walk to the Great Hall was rather uneventful, as Maggie expected. When she got there (the Great Hall), every table was filled with their respective house members for the lunchtime meal, as usual. Maggie hurried over to the Slytherin table and sat at the first empty seat she saw, which due to how late she was to lunch, took her a few extra seconds to spot. Once seated at her house table, she peered up and down the table, her eyes searching for @Kayla Realma, to no avail. Where could her friend be? Surely Kayla wasn't the type to be late for anything, especially a(n) (essentially) required gathering such as lunch? "Well," Magdaline thought to herself, "I guess I'll just have to wait for her to get here.."
