Poem about Spring

Spring has sprung, is that not what they say?
Every year it seems like it takes spring a lot longer to spring.
And yet it still always does.

The birds come out and sing their song.
The sheep have their beautiful lambs, skipping about the countryside.
The daffodils raise their big yellow heads, welcoming the world to the new year, even if it is a few months late.
The sunflowers shoot up too, threatening the daffodils with their much larger size.
However, just because the sunflowers are bigger, doesn't make the daffodils any less beautiful. The daffodils are beautiful, the sunflowers are beautiful, the crocus', the hyancinths, the forget-me-nots, the tulips, the violets.
Flowers are beautiful.
Spring is beautiful, and it comes even if you don't want it to.
