Furry companion Pet Finished

I walk into the dusty shop and look around. There are animals everywhere. Cats are meowing, Owls are hooting, frogs are croaking, rats are chittering, bunny's are squeaking, ferrets are chattering, fish are blubbing, and lizards are....well making whatever sound lizards make. I look around but I just don't see a pet that I want. I start to go but I hear a voice.

"Hello sweetie! I'm Mrs. Witticker. How can I help you?" A soft voice calls out. I spin around and see a rather short woman with a bright kind smile. Wow I am taller than her. That is kinda funny to be honest. She has blue dress on that is covered with white flowers. They look as if you could reach out a smell them but they are only printed on her dress. I breathe in through my nose and I catch the smell of warm freshly baked sugar cookies. Is it her perfume? Nah couldn't be.

"Um yes I was looking at the pets! It is nice to meet you Mrs. Witticker!" I reply a bit shyly. She doesn't seems to notice and she offers a small smile.

"Call me Mrs. W dear. What is it you are looking for?" She asks. Hmm I never really thought about it. Perhaps a lizard? No they don't do much and they are not alowed at Hogwarts. Maybe a fluffy bunny? Hmm I heard that they die easily but maybe I will get one. Pygmy Puffs are way to expensive. A snake maybe? Well my friends are afraid of snakes so probably not the best idea. Ferrets are cute, I could get one. The only problem with that is they are not allowed at Hogwarts. But a cat would be perfect. They are cuddly and soft and best of all cute! Cats are allowed at Hogwarts. Yes I will get a cat.

"A cat is in mind" I reply. Her face lights up and she start moving to the back of the store. I follow a little confused until i see a whole wall lined with cat cages. There are short haired and long haired cats. Small and big cats. No two cats are the same. I notice a silver cat with black markings. She has large eyes that stare into mine.

"That one" I say pointing to her. Mrs. W smiles and pulls the cat out.

"Silver Mackerel Tabby. Great choice. That would be 10 galleons sweetheart" She says. I take the cat in my arms and leave 10 galleons on the counter.
