um.. KIM KARDASHIAN? Pet

Ethan and his uncle meandered down the Diagon Alley, stopping at the Magical Menagerie. It was his uncle's idea to get him a new pet since he wasn't allowed to bring his dog, Kanye, to Hogwarts. He's going to miss him dearly. Perhaps he could find a new friend here to take his place.

His uncle always joked that they should buy one of everything and start their own zoo.

Ethan's eyes widened as he stepped into the store. “Wow,” he breathed. “What should I pick?” There were so many animals! He saw owls, cats, rats, toads, and even some.. spiders?! He didn't know where to begin.

“Welcome, Welcome!” The voice startles Ethan and he jumps. He turns to see a short woman with a kindly face, who greets them warmly. “What kind of animal are you looking for, dearie?”

“I don't know..” Ethan turned to his uncle, who shrugged. “I think we'll just look around for now, thank you.”

“It can be tough to decide, especially when there are so many cute furry friends to choose from.. Well, let's take a look around then and see what catches your eye.” She led Ethan and his uncle around the store, pointing out different animals and telling them a bit about each one.

He stopped in front of a cage of owls and watched them for a moment. They were so regal and he always thought they were so cool. “Owls are very popular among young wizards,” the woman said. “But they're not the only option.”

He saw a scruffy looking rat. He was about to reach for the rat when his uncle stopped him. “I don't think that's a good idea,” he said. “Rats can be tricky to take care of.” Ethan pouted, but didn't say anything. He didn't want to argue with his uncle. He didn't want to leave the store empty handed either.

“How about this toad?” his uncle suggested, pointing to a plump toad in a nearby cage. “Toads are gross.” Ethan made a face. “Toads can be very sweet pets,” his uncle said. “I don't want a toad,” Ethan said, crossing his arms. “Fine,” his uncle replied. “You can pick whatever you want.”

Ethan took one last look at all the animals before making his final decision. He had been debating for quite some time now, but he still couldn't make up his mind. There were so many cute animals, but he just couldn't decide which one to take home.

Suddenly, the soft meowing caught Ethan's attention, and he turned to see a fat, cute orange cat. It stared at him with big, yellow eyes, and Ethan couldn't resist. “That's soo cuteeee!” he said. “Can I hold it? Please, please?”

The woman laughed and said, “Sure, go ahead.” She opened the cage and handed the cat to Ethan. He stroked its soft fur. “I'll take her!” he exclaimed.

“What name do you have in mind for her?” His uncle asked as Ethan thought carefully... “I think... KIM KARDASHIAN!”

“KIM KARDASHIAN?”His uncle stared at him, dumbfounded. “Really?”

The woman chuckled. “Good luck with your new pet.”
