CL An Adventure in Confusion Open

Her father had just released her from the last hug they would share for multiple months and it seemed as if the entire world was coming to an end. How could she get on this train and be taken to a school away from everyone she knew to live and learn with complete strangers. The true realization set in that if that letter had not come she would be back with her friends in her normal school learning normal things that 11 year old's learn. But that wasn't her. At least not anymore. She felt a gentle push on her back, pointing in the general direction of an open train door. She silently begged her father not to say anything in fear she might cry but gave him a tight squeeze before she turned to face her new destiny.

The train was surprisingly nice compared to the trains she was used to in the tube. It had spacious compartments with comfortable seating and plenty of room to store everything that her father had insisted she needed to bring with her. After walking a ways down the isle she found an empty compartment and placed her belongings on the shelf above her and took a seat. She had barely even turned to look out the window before she felt the train start to move underneath her. One last glance at her father before both he and the station were gone from her view and her journey was beginning.
