═══════*.·:·.☽✧ 208 ✧☾.·:·.*═══════The Lebedev family stood in the London train station waiting for there chance to walk through the magic barrier, that stood between platforms 9 and 10. Platform 9 3/4, the one were the hogwarts express stood waiting to transport the students.
The Lebedev's has one daughter Daria, she was is Ravenclaw and her second year. There son André was at this point in time, unsorted and starting his first year at the school. "Ok kids, André you'll go through with mom Daria your with me" Andros told the family. Daria took her fathers hand and the calmly walked through the barrier, André looked up at his mom. "How are we going through?" he asked.
His mom looked down at him and smiled "Just like how your sister and father did." André and his mother started to walk calmly, to the platform. He could feel his heart beating. What if the muggles saw? His thoughts were cut of as they crossed through the border. 'Solid' brick.
The platform was filled with people saying goodbye and boarding the train. Céline was looking from Andros and Daria. Were as André's eyes were focused on the train. The hogwarts express. "wow..." he said out loud. The train was way cooler then expected.═══════*.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.*═══════

When childhood friends meet
Amélie Read stood with her husband, Sebastian, as her children prepared themselves to board the train to Hogwarts. Her eldest children, Rhain and Rhun, were too busy messing around to really focus on the task at hand, and this was starting to annoy Rhys, her middle child preparing to begin their first year.Reduciodialogue | Amélie (mother) | Sebastian (father) | Rhain (older brother) | Rhun (older brother) | Rhylee (younger sister)

"First year at Hogwarts for Rhys!"Rhain announced, slugging them in the shoulder. Rhys winced, shooting a glare as Rhain smirked.
"Watch it!" They snapped. Immediately, Rhys's father stepped in, never one to tolerate fighting amongst his children. Amélie watched with wary eyes as her husband interjected, standing a bit apart from the rest of her family. Rhys didn't blame her. As a muggle, it must've been awkward for their mum to be there each year, since she felt out of place at home enough as it was, which was a feeling that was then heightened at King's Cross each September 1st.
"Hey, hey. Rhain, respect your sister's space. Rhys, drop the attitude... where's Rhun run off to?" He sighed, exasperated. He was always struggling to keep track of all his children. Rhys dared to think it was his fault for having so many. Four didn't seem like a lot, but with two fifteen-year-olds, an almost-twelve-year-old, and a nine-year-old -- and not to mention lawyer work up to his ears-- Sebastian Read was often very behind in paying attention to the whereabouts of his children. Amélie, bless her heart, did her best, but as Sebastian was very much the authority figure in the Read household, she was always very tentative to interfere in anything that he was already trying to fix by himself.
"He's already on the train," Rhys rolled their eyes, crossing their arms. "Left five minutes ago." Sebastian took a moment to process this before nodding absently.
"Right.. Well, best to get moving, then! Rhain, you first." While Rhys's brother turned to gather his stuff, Sebastian turned to face Rhys, and Amélie turned to let her gaze roam around as her husband went into lecture mode. She'd already tried talking to Rhys enough times about how they'd impulsively cut their hair, and how she hoped that they'd be able to settle in alright at Hogwarts. But Rhys, like Sebastian, was very stubborn and wouldn't hear something if they didn't want to. Which was probably why the two butted heads so much over the smallest issues-- neither would back down, and both wanted to be in the right.
Amélie noticed another family step through the wall onto the platform -- something that Amélie still couldn't entirely comprehend after three-going-on-four years of seeing her sons off-- and felt a vague stab of familiarity as she watched a woman about her age look to her husband and daughter while her son -- about Rhys's age-- took in the scene.
Amélie felt a pang of distant recognition as she focused on the woman's features, and it took only a moment before memories came flooding back and she let out a gasp, almost dropping the cage she'd been carrying that held Rhain's owl inside. Her son quickly caught it from her grasp, shooting her a weird look before giving her a side-hug and dashing off towards the train. She distantly heard as Sebastian called after Rhylee, who had no doubt run off somewhere, but her mind was elsewhere. It was focused on the woman's face, a face she hadn't seen in over twenty years. Not since childhood.
Tentatively, Amélie took a few steps towards the family, not wanting to startle anyone, but also unable to contain her curiosity. She approached from the side, stopping a few feet away from the woman she believed to be her childhood friend from so long ago.
"Céline? Is that really you, my friend?" Amélie spoke in French. If this woman truly was who Amélie thought she was, she would easily recognize and respond in the same tongue. It may have been a little silly of Amélie to test her like this, but she wanted to be sure. And if the woman wasn't her best friend from childhood, the most Amélie would receive in response was a confused glance and she could apologize and be on her way.
If being the operative.

═══════*.·:·.☽✧ 222 ✧☾.·:·.*═══════Merlin's beard this place is packed. André thought to himself once he looked away from the train. His family seemed to be in deep conversation. The boy only picked up bits and parts of it. 'No boys", "Remember to brush your hair and teeth.", etc. Things booth the Lebedev children already knew. Thankfully before they could continue someone only Céline knew walked up to her.
André watched carefully as the stranger spoke. It wasn't English he knew that much. It was obviously French, a language more then half the family knew. All but his dad. He had picked some of it up over the years but, he definitely wasn't fluent. "She said 'Mom? Is that you, my friend?'." he translated for the adult. She didn't say 'mom' but André didn't want to call his mom by he name. It would feel weird and off to him. His dad gave him a nod.
"Amélie? Oh my!! It's been forever! How are you?" Confusion painted all of there faces. So she knows her? Dose she not speak English? What's with all the French? André had a million questions running through his head. Daria seemed to have the same million questions in her mind. Based on her expression. The two siblings looked at each other and shrugged, saying 'like I know' without actually saying it.═══════*.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.*═══════

When childhood friends meet
As Rhys made their way towards the train, their attention was drawn to a scene happening a bit aways. They'd seen the familiar form of their mother move in the corner of their eye, and their head turned to reveal that she was standing a bit aways, chatting enthusiastically with another woman, who was accompanied by a tall man and two students who were, presumably, her children.Amélie Read | #d78888

"Amélie? Oh my! It's been forever! How are you?" The woman exclaimed, and Rhys noted, despite the distance, that it was in French.
"I'm quite well! How are you?" She spoke, still using French before she appeared to switch to English. "Aw, are these your children?" She asked, regarding the children. Rhys noted that one appeared to be the older of the two, despite being shorter, and she was clad in Ravenclaw robes. Rhys's mother appeared to pause for a long moment in thought before speaking again. This time, Rhys could not make out what she was saying, nor could they read lips from a distance.
The line they were waiting in to board the train started to move again, and Rhys, for the moment, lost interest in the events happening across the platform. It wasn't any of their business what their mother might have been doing, and for the time being they didn't care to find out. The line moved forward, and Rhys went along with it, eager to board the train.

═══════*.·:·.☽✧ 227 ✧☾.·:·.*═══════André watched as his mother nodded when asked if these were her children. She could speak English. It looked like Andros was happy about this as he let out a sigh of relief. The young boy observed how his father extended his hand for the woman. André couldn't help but watch and examine this situation. "did you ever hear mom talk of an Amélie?" his sisters words drove him out from his thoughts. "Never. You?" he asked and the older Ravenclaw shook her head.
"Yes, these are my children, Daria and André. André is starting hogwarts this year. And this is my husband Andros, A retired dullest." this caught the youths attention. Hearing there names mentioned. There father thought, knew this was normal introductions, and just stood there smiling arm wrapped around his wife. A part of André wanted to say how he was the best dullest. But he refined.
As the adults spoke about adult things, missing there kids, all of Céline's now being in school etc. André looked over around Amélie's presumed family. His eyes fell on someone with blue-ish green-ish eyes, and brown hair . (Rhys) they looked around André's age, so he decided to walk up and see if he was right. "umm hi? Is that your mom over there?" he asked pointed to were they were talking. Daria was not far behind.═══════*.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.*═══════

"Umm hi? Is that your mom over there?" Rhys heard a voice call say from behind them. They'd paused, waiting for the line of students boarding the train to diminish as they sat their trunk down and flexed their fingers a bit. It was heavy, and their hands weren't used to having to carry that sheer amount of weight around, much less stand in a line holding it up. They turned to see a boy about their age with dark, curly hair indicating a scene where their mother did, in fact, stand talking to a couple. Mostly to another woman. Rhys squinted, trying to determine if they knew who their mother was talking to for a second before looking back to the boy. He was much taller than they were, so they had to look up to meet his eyes.
"Uhh, yeah... are those your parents or something?" They asked, furrowing their brows. Their mother seemed to be talking quite animatedly with the couple, and Rhys noted that their father was nowhere to be seen. He was likely still chasing Rhylee around, or somewhere else. While they waited for a reply, Rhys took a moment to regard the boy. He wore a light pink, loose fitting long-sleeved shirt along with grass stained jeans with holes in the knees. If Rhys had to guess, he was the outdoorsy, athletic type. The sheer opposite of them. Rhys was more inclined to stay indoors and read rather than go outside and play. But as the saying went, don't judge a book by its cover. Rhys regarded the taller boy for a moment more before sighing and crossing their arms.
"Well, regardless, I suppose it's only fair I should introduce myself, since my mother seems to be so familiar with yours." They absently gestured to where their mom stood talking before gesturing to themself. They wore a baggy sweater over a white collared shirt with loose fitting jean shorts held up by a belt. "I'm Rhys. My brothers Rhain and Rhun are somewhere on the train, and my little sister Rhylee is also elsewhere, likely getting into trouble somewhere else on the platform." They gave a disinterested shrug before looking back to the boy. A girl, a bit older and sharing some resemblance, had also appeared to the scene a little after the boy had. "Who're you?"

═══════*.·:·.☽✧ 230 ✧☾.·:·.*═══════André could do nothing but nod. "Yeah.. That one with the dark hair is my Dad, and the lady he has his arm around is my mum." he said pointed to the couple. Tbh André and the person in front of him had a height difference.. Of about two inches or so. It was enough for them to look up to André. Something he's had with his whole life. Being on the taller side, like his dad.
They had a lose sweater with a collard shirt underneath. Something André had worn in the same style a few times. Maybe they had something in common, other then having no clue that there mothers were friends. He listened intensively as Rhys introduced themselves and brothers, as well as a sister. "My names André Lebedev, and I'm starting my first year-" "I'm Daria, second year Ravenclaw." she blurted, disruption her brothers sentence. Holding her hand out for Rhys to shake. He gave her such a sour look, weather his sister saw he didn't know because she just keep looking forward. The smirk on her face told him she did.
"I was talking?" he said with a shake of his head, and a small laugh. He looked back at Rhys "Sorry about her. So did your mother go to Beauxbatons to?" he questioned. It would have been the obvious way they had met before.═══════*.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.*═══════

"Yeah.. That one with the dark hair is my Dad, and the lady he has his arm around is my mum." The boy spoke, indicating the couple that Rhys's mother was standing with. She was still talking animatedly with the woman. Rhys looked back at the boy as he introduced himself as André Lebedev and started to explain that he was starting his first year before his sister interrupted his speech with her own introduction, shoving a hand out to Rhys for them to shake. They were a little startled by this, but they obliged and shook it before André yet again caught their attention with a question.
"So did your mother go to Beauxbatons too?" The question surprised Rhys, and they gave a snort-laugh in response. Their mother? Go to Beauxbatons? They covered their mouth, shaking their head and snickering into their hand for a little before they calmed, dropping their hand and instead crossing their arms.
"Um, I think not.. My mother's a muggle. I think it highly unlikely for her to have attended Beauxbatons."They explained, casting another glance over at the three adults across the platform. The two women appeared to be talking the most, while the man André indicated as his father stood with a polite smile. Rhys returned their attention to André, frowning. "Do you know how your mum might know mine, if they didn't go to school together? I've never heard your family's name before, and my mother hasn't talked about knowing anyone magical." They explained
