Appearance: Octavia is a 5’2 African English-lady with long puff black hair that sits at the middle of her back. She has been growing out her hair since she was 2 years old. Her eyes are naturally grey but she likes to wear brown contacts because it makes her look a bit more approachable by people.
Personality: Octavia is a laid-back, easy-going, productive, and kind person. But she is also an introvert and can be rather hard-headed, smart witted, and cunning.
History/ Background story:
Octavia is from a pure-blood family so all her life she was around a lot of magic from birth. Her parents are both pure-blood Slytherin’s and are very proud people and have very high hopes for their daughter when she goes to Hogwarts. She has never been much of a people person so all of her friends are life long.
Octavia’s first time using magic was her changing the color of her hair at the age of 7. When her and her mother where in Diagon Alley she wanted some ice cream and when her mother told her no (which she heard a lot that day) she lost her patience that was very thin that day from the start. She started screaming and waving her arms while sitting on the ground where she managed to change her hair from black to bright red.
Octavia got her letter when she was having tea with her mother chatting about their afternoon plans to get their nails done. A beautiful owl glide through the open window dropping the crisp parchment with the blood red Hogwarts seal on the front into her lap before flying back out of the window rejoining the large group of owls that flew back out of eye sight. The two ladies were silent before they broke out into happy chattering.

Pre-Hogwarts history
Octavia Morris was born in London on October 10th 2010. When growing up she was a good child she never really went against what adults told her. She was a go with the flow type toddler. At age 5 she started taking dance lessons which was her mothers request.

Her mother is Scarlet Morris, Ministry worker. She is not a strict parent but she is not one to take attitudes. Scarlet loves to host balls and gala's for just about any event.
When she was taking dance lessons her father wanted her to learn how to fly and play Quidditch like he did when he was in Hogwarts.

Her father is Morgan Morris, also a Ministry worker. He is a little strict but its more out of worry for his daughter than anything else. He loves to fly brooms and wanted to have something to do with his daughter like when she was a kid.
When she was 4 years old he took her for a broom ride because she had asked all weekend and her parents gave in and let her ride with Morgan. It started off small and slow before he went faster to keep hearing her giggling. He wishes to protect his little girl for just that, her laugh.

Her education before Hogwarts was the basic studies at a muggle private school where they took normal courses. Her favorite being science because of the action and reactions that she would get from mixing things and it was as close as she could get to making potions.
