Every individual has something up their sleeves, and the best course of action is to exploit what one has to their advantage. When time was of the essence, the extensive and comprehensive meaning made more sense than how concealed it is. What prompted someone to subject themselves to anguish in order to master how to combat Dark Arts?. The only response that could be given was that it was essential to grasp the characteristics of each spell that defends if one wanted to be the the best of both worlds. Even though he was highly motivated, he also had an intense desire to learn about the dark arts spells (that is what I meant when I say, best of both worlds). Prodigies are said to be "created," but what if the proverb is false and prodigies are actually "born"? They simply present themselves as a personality-rich cloud of dark darkness. What if they didn't get the trait from their forebears but were nonetheless much wiser and cunning than they were? Well, that's how the young man reasoned while attempting to discern his personality from the other personalities that filled the room.

Ashley had a unique personality that in some way distinguished him as "Special."
He was neither a saint, nor was he a demon, like everyone else. However, it is impossible to categorize, so it would appear that he has inherited the best of both. His "present" motivation was to embrace the impossibility, reject the possibilities, and push oneself to drift toward the impossibilities. Still, he was still figuring himself out in the gloom. People typically refer to students who are sorted into the Ravenclaw house as Eagles, however from his perspective that has altered recently after experiencing what he would refer to as "The birth of a crow."
This frequently caused his personality to radically alter, and today others who once claimed to know him are presenting conflicting narratives about him.

The question of why he wasn't hanging out with the snake that slithered around wearing green was also raised by his roommates. Although he simply took this as a compliment, those who took the time to consider it would conclude that while he possessed the perfect blend, his wit and wisdom set him apart from others of his kind. He possessed the mental capacity to evaluate every move that someone made when they were near him. He noticed the unnoticeable right away. He wasn't born with it; it wasn't some type of exceptional talent. He was too perceptive and sensitive to circumstances.

After Defense Against the Dark Arts class, Ashley asked the professor to show him a "interesting" new spell that he might use to cast on adversaries. Professor Orion had no idea that this was motivated by egocentric conviction , but what was to be done had to be done. One must comprehend the nature of the spell in order to comprehend how it acts, what its effects are, and what the etymology of the spell means since it is very important to keep these things in mind. The three most important elements one should always keep in mind when casting a charm or a spell are concentration and certainty, precision in one's wand movement, and appropriate pronunciation of the incantation, as taught in introductory charms class.

Understanding how to combat Dark Arts was the first priority after the professor taught them about it. What better strategy to neutralize your opponent before you get blown yourself?
The Professor set up three wooden dummies in the center of the classroom; they were obviously just made of wood, which is how he taught most spells, and they stood still and had no vitality. The 11-year-old boy was five meters away from the dummies the lecturer had set up in the middle of the classroom. As the wooden dummies held wooden sticks that resembled wands, the main goal was to learn everything there was to know about the disarming spell Expelliarmus. When Ashley pulled out his personal thirty-two point one centimeter aspen wood and dragon heartstring wand, he was overjoyed and felt a strong connection to it. "My love, it's time to put you to the test." To his wand, he murmured.

Before he could continue, the professor instructed Ashley to review his textbook, "The Dark Forces: A Guide to Self-Protection," one more time to make sure his memory had fully assimilated the information about the spell since one last thing needed was potentially harming Ashley's lover(wand) by failing to follow proper instructions. The Prof then encouraged him.
Ashley nodded at Professor Orion as he confronted the wooden foes in front of him. He took use of the chance to rehearse the wand movement on the first dummy as he targeted it. He mumbled the incarnation "ex-PEL-lee-ar-muss" slowly. The scarlet hue on the tip of his wand emerged and dissipated instantly. Once again he was encouraged to stay calm and attempt it one more time

Then, as a scarlet hue flared at the tip of his wand, Ashley slid to accurately pronounce the incantation of "Expelliarmus" as he constructed a slash shape with a curving and spiraling inward motion. Upon executing the spell successfully, the dummy's wooden stick that resembled a wand flew across the classroom and collided with a wall. Ashley was ecstatic as he turned to face the Professor in search of advice.

Prof. Orion then encouraged Ashley and warned him about the dangers of being sluggish in battle. With that being said he introduced the concept of tempo with regards to casting the Expelliarmas charm. It was true that no opponent would wait to have their wand taken away from them. It was a challenging endeavor, but what the lad needed to do was to remember the instructions mentioned in his textbook while ramping up latency.
As he moved in on the second dummy and targeted it, Ashley nodded consolingly.
His hand motion speed appeared to have enhanced when he repeated the Expelliarmus casting procedure. Being the final one, he immediately performed the same action with the dummy.

To test how quick the lad was, the professor challenged him on somekind of disarming duel. He enquired whether was the lad rapid enough and that made Ashley to fall suspicious. He observed the professor whilst grasping his wand fiercely, and wondered what he meant. The professor immediately pulled his wand in an effort to murmur something, but Ashley intervened just as the professor was about to cast the disarming spell the boy was learning. Ashley imitated the aforementioned slashing motion which spiralled and curved inward with his wand and amidst the performed action the scarlet hue emerged once more and he uttered " Expelliarmus.". As a result this prompted the professor's wand to fly ten feet away from him, and this time, the lesson was over. As he left the classroom, leaving Professor Orion inside, he praised the professor for such a great lesson.
