Larino was sat in class, trying his best to be half decent at magic for once. And he was failing, as per usual. He didn't really get it, but his wand never seemed to do what it was supposed to. Trying not to be frustrated, he scribbled down a few more notes before packing away his things. But before he could leave, it seemed that the relatively dark haired Ravenclaw boy next to him started to speak, but Larino was so focused on what he was doing that he missed it. Typical. He didn't necessarily want to talk, but figured he should probably ask what the boy said, since that was customary, right?

He took out his rock, and clutching it, he turned to face the other student, he said "What? Oh, didn't hear what you said," then he added one word, just to be safe: "sorry." Hoping he had made a good first impression, seeing as though the two had not yet conversed, he could only wait what felt like an eternity for the other to reply. He hated this part about talking to people: actually having to talk to them in the first place. What he found even worse though, was not knowing what they had said.

Just before Larino left class, the Ravenclaw boy next to him spoke to him, but Larino didn't hear what he had said. Trying to make a good first impression, despite him seeing how terrible at magic the Slytherin was, he asked him what he had said.
