Friday evenings ought to be spent with fun, be it relaxing all by oneself or having some quality time with people one cared about. On the contrary, though, Marius Jinhao Brown was spending it working. There were some articles still pending his editing, and if he would like to unwind during the weekend, he had better finished them by tonight. Otherwise, it would mean either working on Saturday (or Sunday), or proving his unprofessionalism to the world by submitting the works past deadline.
He wished the wizard would consider purchasing electricity. He very much wanted to edit on a computer or a laptop, it would make the job much easier beside saving papers. Or even if he would have to do with by hand, Muggles' twenty-first century light bulbs were certainly better companions compared to these flickering lights. The Hufflepuff felt he could thank them later if the opticians decided he was to wear glasses.
Looking at his workload, the preteen started to compare it with his fellow editors. He began to consider that theirs was lighter, and felt jealous. With his dual duties as a reporter and an editor, they should have assigned him less editing loads! A number of less-than-kind words popping up in his mind, and it was only thanks to his introversion he did not shout them out loud.
