The way you play, is one person starts by saying a letter. The next person says another letter, but has to have a word in mind that uses both letters. More people add, but the person who finishes the word gets a point. (Points aren’t good, you DON’T want them) That person with the point says the first letter of the next game. If you get 5 pints, AKA G,H,O,S, and T, you lose. That doesn’t mean anything, because you can get back in the next game. If there is, say, tal, and you don’t want to do tall or talk and get a point, you can do o, as long as you have a word in mind like talon. If there is tal, and you thought of talLER, tall would still finish a word. You can’t go twice in a row.
Finally, the example.
Person 1: S
Person 2: Sm
Person 3: Smo
Person 1: Smor
Person 4: Smore
Person 4 gets a point, even if the were thinking smores, they said smore, which is a word.
