─────The first rays of the sun appeared, a wave of warmth accompanying the small breeze. The lake flowed steadily, creating a slight swish noise every once in a while. The waters glimmered from the sun, a scenery that would easily make anyone admire. There weren’t that many trees in the area, so there weren’t many shadows.
Lilliana sat near the bottom of a sloping hill, one knee hugging her chest, the other laying on the ground. She normally didn’t like to position herself like that, but the amount of students outside this early were scarce. She clutched a lavender cardigan, wrapping it around her body. The winds weren’t harsh, but Lilliana was sensitive to the cold weather. Her hair this morning was straight, and covering her ears.
She felt cold, after all, it was early in the morning, the sun not at its full strength. But, she had a soft spot for scenery, water specifically. She loved how it sparkled, its ripples, it all calmed Lilliana down. Her expression was soft as she stared towards the waters, her blue eyes, which were normally rigid, peaceful.
She stretched, reaching down to her dark brown boots, glancing around. There were a few other students around, witnessing the nature, settling down on the slightly damp grass. She saw a girl amongst the few, that appeared her age. Lilliana decided to approach her, not a move she usually would make, but it seems as if she did. “I’m Lilliana Havenmore.” She said, extending an arm for a shake. “You’re a first year, right?” Lilliana inquired.
