Personality: Billy is a sweet and rather formal child. She speaks with a sense of dignity and confidence, hoping to make a good first impression of everyone around her. She loves to talk about topics she is hyper-interested in, specifically astrology and the planets above them. This also includes sheep, electricity, dyes, and dueling.
Her mind processes things in a more mechanical way, seeing every person as a code in a machine. If she cannot crack that code, then she moves on to the next person. She is logical, yet sometimes lets her emotions get the best of her. She can get ticked off pretty easily and have an outburst. But, with a little bit of time, she will apologize and come up with a solution.
Billy, despite her calm nature, is incredibly ambitious. She would do whatever it takes to do what she needs to do. She's direct, brutally honest, stubborn, and despite her timid nature in her social life, is incredibly courageous and does not hesitate to take risks. This often leads her towards a fascination with dueling, quests, and maybe causing some trouble here and there, all for her enjoying the thrill and adrenaline it gives.
Billy tends to gravitate towards people older than her rather than ones her age. She finds it difficult to communicate with people closer to her age as she is worried about saying the wrong thing. She can come off as insecure and shy toward said people, but that isn't exactly the case.
Friendship-wise, once Billy opens up she is one of the most loyal people you will ever meet. She's very compassionate and caring and is not afraid to show it. Yet, to these people, she's naive. Very naive. Billy will not accept if that person has done anything wrong, letting her undying loyalty get the best of her.
Appearance: Billy stands at around 144.78 cm tall (with still plenty of room to grow), weighing 97 lbs. Her dirty blonde hair reaches down to her chest, rather darker on the top, with brown eyes. Her skin is very sensitive in some places around the arms where some of the areas are a different shade than her base skin color. These places are more visible in hot or cold weather.
Background: Billy was born and raised in Hackney and was more along the lower classes. She was the eldest among six siblings, mostly getting along with the second eldest Lizzy.
Billy spent most of her time taking care of their family's animals, having grown very fond of sheep. She often hung around them instead of anyone else. As a child she had fantastic grades in her school, having gone to a muggle school despite being born in a wizard family as there really wasn't any other option. As she got older, Billy strived to have a successful career and help raise money for her family. During her early years though, it was very peaceful. There was never anything notable that really happened apart from the occasional fight.
Billy always knew about magic, having been a wizard born into a family. However, she was a rather reasonable child, deciding to wait till she was old enough to begin practicing.
At the age of 9, her family had been arguing at the dinner table. It was a rather intense fight, not one that Billy did not enjoy and just wanted to eat in peace. Eventually, her irritation grew into anger, finding their fight incredibly pointless, and caused several plates to shoot up nearby her, crashing into the floor below. Billy really didn't mean to do this and was just as shocked as the rest of the family when that happened. Luckily, it ended the fight and went into a long lesson about how magic occurs in younger children who don't even know a spell. Despite it being rather shocking to the young girl, she was overjoyed by her achievement...even if that meant she had to pay for new plates.
Despite nothing ever really happening in her life, at least nothing she finds eventful, she did learn the ocarina at a young age. A flute that had been passed down from her family and their only way to play music besides some cheap knock off instruments. Billy has grown rather attached to the ocarina, playing it usually every day.
