I received an owl yesterday. It was quite peculiar - from a girl named Mae Winters. 

Hi, I have seen you around the castle, a fellow Ravvie right? Would you like to meet up some time to chat?

I was rather confused on why she would owl me with this question. I'm not the most popular person. My closest friend is Rhea, and we haven't talked much this year. As you can imagine, I was delighted that someone saw me and thought I looked interesting (I'm really not). I still can not get over the fact that she took time to owl me? I would have never had the courage to do that. Well, now that I think about it, if there was someone I really wanted to interact with, I think I could owl them. The old Natasha definitely would not have, but I think I'm different now. Good different.

So naturally, I owled her back. 

Of course I would! I’m glad you reached out to me? When and where do you want to meet up?

Probably tomorrow or the next day. I think we could meet at the grounds, it's a quite popular place. Although I am open to any suggestions you have.

I agree! That would be great, I'll meet you at the Great Lake tomorrow at 3:00 pm?

Gosh, isn't she the nicest? My, she's even nicer in person! I'm just about to go meet her now. I have my favorite sweater on, so if anything goes wrong, I have that there. I'm trying to not be a closed shell, and stop bing so introverted, so that's all I'm bringing. Oh, it's almost 3 now! I better go, but I'll write when I get back!
