Flashback 2010
"ALICE ELIZABETH MARIE AMERETI!!" Alice cringed at her mother's loud voice that carries throughout the room, she'd just told her that she's pregnant.
Demeta Amereti was not one to tell about pregnancy as it is a joyful thing, due to the fact that her traitorous sister had a child at 15 Alice's mother has been strictly no babies.
"Who's the father?" Demeta asks. Alice answered honestly, "Thomas White." Her mother's look of anger quickly turned to a smile, which is shocking because Demeta Amereti was not know for smiling.
8 months later Demeta Amereti was outside the delivery room joyfully celebrating in a loud and uncharacteristic way after finding out she has a granddaughter.

Alice was overjoyed but saddened that she looked nothing like them except for a few selective features. Thomas White was more than happy to tell his wife of his family lineage and where Azrael's features come from.
Alice was proud and a little smug of how beautiful and delicate her little girl looks despite being born the day before, Demeta was just smug that she has another reason to brag to her 'friends'. It was decided that day that Azrael was the pride and joy of everyone in the family, and Merlin help anyone who dares attempts to corrupt them (Azrael).
