NB: English is not my mother language, though personally, I think it is already quite polished. However, if you did spot any mistakes, please just owl me. Thank you.
NB: Also, keep in mind that this is only the first book of a series!
In another world, another time, a world a war, a time of chaos, there were two sisters, Esmeralda and Rosalinda Amarand. They were said to be the spirit of the revolution. They were the only hope for a better world.
And they found themselves in the Royal Academy, as the daughters of an earl, where they meet the Prince Lucious — and he isn’t what he says he is. That’s when they started to discover themselves. Esmeralda seems to have a special power that could sap enemies’ souls away and Rosalinda seems to be from the enemy kingdom. She is called a traitor, a spy, an enemy.
Everything was fine until Esmeralda hits Rosalinda with a blast of her magic and their world shatters. Nothing could heal her. At least nothing but a magical spell against the law. In the midst of discussion, they were interrupted by a mysterious assistant healer. But the problem is, she isn’t who they think she is. But if she’s not a healer, who is she and what information does she have? She vows to save Rosalinda, but if she’s not a healer, why and how?
The enemy country decided to remind them that they were still at war by trying to seise the academy. Before this happens, the students are shipped off as evacuees to a faraway island to live in a fortress. But that was when Esmeralda noticed that there was something terribly wrong in the fortress…or terribly good. As Rosalinda touched the fortress grounds, she was miraculously fine. What could be in this castle that saved her, and why was it here in the first place?
Many things are going wrong, but the question is, are they up to the task to get them right once more?
Two sisters, two secrets, one adventure.
