Nearing the end of the summer camp, Hadrian had been growing increasingly bored. Although this month was all about fun and games, he did meet a girl he was particularly interested in, and spent a bit more time with his friend Miles, but yet at the end of it all, he was bored. But with each day in the tent, he realised that a particular Gryffindor had gotten increasingly avoidant of his presence. Hadrian barely saw her in the tent, while a few days ago, he did talk with her, a conversation serious, there was a certain sentiment he felt he wasn't getting right.

Indeed, they were in a polygamous relationship, an agreement set about a year ago to ease the tension and pressure put on them by their parents, now it seemed clear that it wasn't quite in Aurelia's nature to draw that kind of affection from more than one individual. And now, it wasn't from Hadrian. The Wampus was observant, and Aurelia, she didn't quite seem like herself, the way she spoke and portrayed herself... wasn't with the usual assertiveness that he was used to. Not to mention, the bags under her weary eyes each morning, were a definitive sign that she'd gone through some emotions. He also noticed she spent more and more time in her animagus form. He would be lying to say he wasn't worried.

That afternoon, he went searching. Finally finding the Slytherin he was looking for. "Hey." He wasn't the best at remembering names. "You're the Slytherin that came to the manor one time yeah? I have a favour to ask... about Aurelia."

Opeila had an interesting summer camp. Not having signed up for any of the activities, there had been a lot of time for her to think and do what she wanted. Thinking back now maybe this had been a mistake. After the terrible month she had spent in Finland a bit of distraction would have been good for her.

There had been so many unwanted surprises this summer, too many and she wished that she could erase them all from her brain, shove them into a corner until the next holidays. Doing some activities would have been a great help with that. Instead she had spent a lot of time in her tent with her cat, writing down thoughts of hers that in the end got her nowhere.

As the holidays were slowly coming to an end, Opeila was wandering through the camp on her own, deciding to actually enjoy the final few days before everyone went back to their schools and back to class.
Loras ran ahead, chasing after the occasional butterfly- after what felt like a gazillion stings, the feline had finally learned to steer clear of wasps.

Busy with her own thoughts, Opeila did not see the older Ilvermorny student until he stood before her. "Hi.", she greeted him back, surprised. Even more surprised when he asked for a favor. "Yes, that's me, Opeila. You are Harian. What is the favor you are talking about?"

The girl's confusion was displayed by her bulletpoint-like matter of speech. Opeila, right. It was quite the unique name, on he'd try to remember from now on as more interactions in the future was very likely. "It's Hadrian," The Wampus corrected, clearing his throat. How would he begin to approach this matter? Betrothals were a topic that was regarded differently by many, some were against it, others, like him, knew the its importance and tradition. He wouldn't know what Opeila's stance on it was, given that his cabin mate Miles had ran his mouth a little foul in regards to her.

Communication wasn't his strong suit but Hadrian would try his best to construct his worlds so it didn't give off the wrong impression of his intentions. "You would know Aurelia and I are betrothed. And I care about her truly," The tall boy began. "Don't get me wrong, we talk things out. However, she's been acting quite distant lately... in a way thats slightly concerning." He explained. While Hadrian rarely seemed so with his brazenly aloof disposition, he was not without a soul. He cared, for his friends, family and Aurelia.

"The wedding is set to take place early next year. On the favour... could you keep an eye on her, make sure she is doing alright?"

"Right. Hadrian, apologies." Opeila nodded, sending the older boy an apologetic, slightly insecure smile. She had never really talked to him much, in fact she knew his fiancée Aurelia better than him. What could he possibly want from her? She could have saved the words, it seemed like Hadrian had no time to lose, immediately he started talking about a favor in regards to Aurelia.

"I know... and I'm glad to hear that.", she would answer his first statements carefully, sure that there would be more to come. No one ever started like this if there was nothing unpleasant to come that the beginning statement was meant to rectify. But Opeila listened. She would not interrupt him but let him talk until he was finished.

"So... you want me to spy on her for you?" Since Hadrian had started, Opeila would also not waste her breath on trying to make anything sound better than it was. This was essentially what he was asking of her, wasn't it? He wanted her to keep an eye on Aurelia to find things out about her that she wasn't willing to tell him. Honestly, should the young Slytherin maybe be making an even bigger fuss about this? Wasn't this a major violation of privacy?

"This is something big you are asking. What is this concerning behavior you mentioned?"
