Johnathan was finally going to get his wand. He had been excitedly and anxiously awaiting this day. He stepped into Olivanders and timidly looked around. His mother had decided to wait outside this time but she made sure that Jonathan had plenty of coin to pay for his wand. The shop keeper noticed Jonathan almost right away and immediately started having him try wands. It was a bit overwhelming for Jonathan but he handled it well as one wand after another was placed into his hands. "20 cm beach, unicorn hair...no no." Jonathan had gone through several wands and was beginning to get discouraged. "21cm Alder, Dragon heart string. Hmm not that one either." He was starting to think maybe none of the wands would chose him until finally "28,3 cm chestnut wood and phoenix feather!" The shop keeper announced. "This wand works best with Herbology and Care of Magical creatures and it tends to chose wizards who seem to have unwarranted underlying insecurities." Jonathan furrowed his brow at the last part. As far as he knew he didn't feel like he had any insecurities. But he was very glad that a wand finally chose him so he shrugged his shoulders, paid for the wand and left the shop with a smile.
