She'd only been in this castle for a day, and already she hated it. Hated the cold stone. Hated the dreary weather. Hated the hordes upon hordes of other students - from, it seemed, every possible corner of the Europe. She surmised that what she needed was home, or something close to it. And the only place that was like the humid, lush rainforests of home were the greenhouses. She had spotted them on her way through the castle from the portkey the night prior and Agata was determined to check them out. She had looked to see if any of her fellow Bruxo compatriots wanted to have a look, but she hadn't seen any around near their lodgings. Not that she minded. Sometimes searching alone was better.

As the girl came upon the numerous greenhouses, she remarked to herself that they were unlike anything she had seen. Big glass buildings, that looking inside, she could tell were lovely and humid. Just what she wanted. She already missed the feeling of being able to take her shoes off, and dig her feet into the dirt whilst tending the plants across the grounds. Here there was nothing. Only grass, she though with a downturn of her mouth. How boring. Covering her eyes with a hand, she tried to spot if anyone was inside. Surely a professor or student could let her in? Knocking on the glass, she hoped someone would hear her. If not, well, she had her wand, and there was always an unlocking spell.
