The Invitation to the Club’s First Meeting

My alarm rang, signaling that it was 6:30 a.m., the time I usually woke up whenever it was a weekend. Like usual, I took a shower, had my magic tooth brush my teeth for me whilst drying and combing my hair, put on my slippers and my Robe of Warmth, got out my Quill, some ink, and three pieces of parchment, and went down the rope ladder before sitting down on a bar stool at the sports bar that was in my dormitory. I then set down my quill before placing a piece of parchment and a bottle of ink in front of it. I took the cap off of the ink bottle and dipped my quill into it before starting to write, dipping my quill into the ink bottle every once in a while.

When I was finished, the piece of parchment looked like this:

Hello Colin McCoire,
Before I begin the rest of the letter, I apologize for the late reply to your sign-up form. Now I would also like to thank you for joining my 1v1 dueling club. As you have already read, the first season for the club starts on October the 1st. This happens to be a Saturday, just like today, and as so, takes place exactly one week from now. On this Saturday, the whole club (which I hope will grow in number during the upcoming week), should be gathering in class room 206 located on the second floor at 9:00 a.m. This is where we will discuss the upcoming duels for the month and this is where you will get to choose who you get to duel in your next duel. We will also arrange the duels so that they would fit my schedule, as well as that of those participating in the duels.

-Have a good day,
Dave
I then swapped the finished parchment out for a blank piece and wrote the exact same thing, only with Kim Aoki’s name placed in there. And after that was done, I switched out the parchment for the last one that was blank and wrote the same letter but with Quinn Root written instead of Kim Aoki. Once I had finished writing the final letter,, I went upstairs before opening one of my bigger suitcases and taking out a three envelopes, one for each of the letters I had written. Then I closed the suitcase and climbed back down the rope ladder before starting to put the letters into the envelopes. I did this by taking a piece of parchment, looking at the name that was on it, writing the name down on the envelope, folding the piece of parchment, putting it into the envelope, and finally sealing the envelope. Once I had finished placing all the pieces of parchment into the envelopes, I closed the opening on my ink bottle and took it and my quill upstairs where I placed it into my smaller suitcase which contained everything I would need for my classes. I then went down the rope ladder, and noticed that a few of my other dorm mates had already woken up. Some were at the sports bar feeding on snacks, one was at the sports bar reading, and a few were playing at the tables either playing Wizards Chess, or Exploding Snap. When I was finished looking around, I picked up my envelopes and went to the Owlery where I’d use the school owls to send the letters to the members of the 1v1 Dueling Club.
