Description of the problem :
Every once in a while, for no apparent reason, the following page shows up and I can’t use HiO for a few minutes. It goes away on it’s own but I just wanted to mention that here. This glitch doesn’t apply to iPhones as far as I know and only happens on my iPad. Ot also happens on every browser I use on my iPad so I think that it might just be a problem with the iPad itself.

Device and browser used :
Device: iPad 8th Gen
Browser: Safari, version 15.6.1 and Chrome, version 105.0.5195.129

Edit: I have found that resetting the iPad (shutting it down and turning it back on again) solves the problem so that I can access HiO without waiting for the error message to go away.

Edit 2: Apparently, I’m not the only one with this problem because Lucia Fox has experienced a similar problem.
