Myra had always loved to read. Her mother couldn’t remember a time that she hadn’t found Myra reading in her room. By the time she was 7 she was reading books with around 500 pages. She also loved to write. When she was younger, she would write small little books about vampires, love stories, or whatever else her child brain could make up. Since she was an only child, she made up little scenarios that she could act out with her stuffed animals. Myra had always had a big imagination and as she grows up it just keeps getting stronger. She lived her whole life in Edinburgh, Scotland with her mom. Her father moved to America for work when she was around 6 years old. On her 8th birthday Myra got two pets. She got a dog and a cat from her grandma. The puppy was a yorkie while her cat was a tabby cat. She decided to name her dog Chewy and her cat Maeve. She lived in a smaller cottage house. It was a little away from the city, but she could still walk there. It was two stories, but the second story was more of an attic type room than another floor. Her room was set up in the attic room. She had a fairy light that brightened up her room during the night because she was scared of the dark (still is). The main floor had a kitchen that with connected the main entrance and the living room. Then after the main entrance there was a little hallway that led to the bathroom and her mom’s room. She spent most of her time under the Weeping Willow in their front yard though. She had set up a little picnic area by the trunk. It was shady there as the leaves protected her from the world outside. She would spend a lot of her days reading, writing, or doing art projects there. It was her little safe place. Her first incident with magic was breaking a pencil because she got mad at a drawing she was doing at work When asking her mom, she found out her uncle was a wizard. He turned out to be the only wizard in the family. And then a couple months before her 12th birthday Myra got a letter. She was accepted into the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Personality

Myra can be very shy at times. Though she is shy she does like to talk to people and make friends. She is very smart and adventurous. She loves the wild too. Myra is respectful to her professor’s and the peers around her. Once you get to know her, she can be a little bit crazy. She loves to be a clown and mess around with friends. She is kind of a hot head and has a short temper. If she’s working on something and it isn’t cooperating with her, she gets a little mad. She loves art. She spends her free time drawing in notebooks and filling them with random doodles. She also likes to write stories in a journal she has. It’s filled with scenarios, and stories her brain came up with. She has two filled journals and is working on her third journal. Most of the time you'll find her reading, writing, doing schoolwork, or spacing off into some story she’s making up in her head. She is very kind though and won’t miss the opportunity to make friends with someone if they talk to her. She of course has some negative traits. She can be very stubborn at times and super sarcastic.

Myra’s skin color is tan ivory. Her skin has warmer tones and is very smooth to the touch. She has thin almond eyes that are hazel. Though she tells people her eyes are hazel they say she has green eyes. Her hair goes a little below her shoulders and is a light brown/blonde ash color. When looking at her from the side you can clearly tell she has a button nose. Her lips are a normal size and are naturally pink. Her height is only 4’6 (137.16 cm) so far but she is still growing. She has an ear piercing but is planning on getting more next summer. Her eyelashes are very long and it’s one of the things she likes about herself. Her family described her as a model and even had a discussion with her about if she wanted to model. Myra wasn’t really into that stuff so she declined but her family never misses a chance to ask her if she would reconsider. She has a light scar on her jaw from Maeve when they first got her and another on her hand from playing around at her aunts. Her fingers are slender, and her hands are smooth and soft. She has a couple freckles sprawled across her nose and cheeks but they’re very light.
