History/Background Story: Their dad is a muggle, and thier mom is a witch. When she went to Hogwarts she was a Ravenclaw. His dad works for a construction company, and his mom works in the creature department of the Ministry. Sei grew up in a small town in Ireland, it's called Cong. They had a close friend, Keith Moore, and together they would explore the town and areas around the town. There was always an older kid or adult with them, in case something terrible happened. Their fist instance of magic was when Hiyosei was about 6, they were playing in the woods, and their father was watching them, making sure they didn't get lost or hurt. Hiyosei was climbing a small tree, it was about 15-17 feet tall, and they lost grip and fell. They were mid-fall when they stopped. They were floating! Their father grabbed their hand and then Hiyosei fell the rest of the way. Their father caught him.
