A Meeting Different Than Planned Finished

Charles was furious, to say the least, Furious that he had heard about one of the members of his group talking to a mudbloods of all people. He at first did not want to believe such rumors but he heard from multiple people about the meeting. He got that information by simply asking around and pretending Eri was a good friend of his and that he was concerned. Some students at first questioned him but most accepted his reasons and told him. As he walked towards the meeting place he was struggling to keep his rage in check, He wanted to lash out and yell at the Ravenclaw girl who told him her name was Eri. How dare she do this to him.. To the group by hanging out with the very people whose blood were tainted. He wanted an explanation about what was going on. Oh, he also got a letter from him asking to meet to discuss her task that she gave him which added to his anger at her.

Once he arrived he made his anger known “ What in the world are you thinking Eri.. Hanging out with those mudbloods of all people. Do you even understand how bad that looks? I need to know right now if your committed to this groups plans because clearly, it looks you're your not if your hanging out with mudbloods “ He said loudly as he folded his arms across his chest and stared right into the eyes of Eri. his anger clearly on display as he waited for her response.

Eri flinched. Oh no he knew. She wasn't careful enough. "L-look. It's not what it looks like. I wasn't... how did you know?" She was freaking out. He was mad and she was trying to not let her fear show, but her tone was a bit shaky. She stood to her full height which wasn't much. But she was attempting to show she wasn't scared.  It wasn't working. He was taller than her and so scary to her.

"I'm not as commited as you are to this cause. I just don't know okay." She hoped he wouldn't have to blackmail her, but it might have to come down to that.

Sighing Eri looked at him. There was no reason she needed to talk to him about the task he gave her. She just didn't know if she could handle his tasks. She didn't want to hurt her friends at all, but it might have to go to that. Though she kind of doubted that Charles would black mail her, but he wouldn't let her quit the cause she already knows to much. He knows that. Eri could just go tell a teacher, but Charles is smart at least she's thinks he is. And that isn't an option.

Charles kept his arms folded across his chest as he listened to Eri speak. The anger brewing inside of him as she told him she was not committed to this plan as he was. Than why did she agree to come to the meeting then if she was not committed to his plan. He noticed her voice was not as strong as it was at the other meeting. He could not quite place the reason for her not so strong voice but if he had to guess it might have been fear if he had to guess why her voice was not as strong. He kept his ground as he looked eri right in the eyes “ How did i know what eri.. About the meeting with the mudbloods that you had. The answer to that is quite simple actually. It is not hard to gather information from people if you know how to ask the right questions. Although in your case someone tipped me off about it.and then i did a little digging to figure out if what the person said was true and it turns out that it was “ He said softly as he began to pace back and forth in front of her now always keeping his eyes on her as he did.

“But your meeting might actually be of some use. Did you learn anything about the mudbloods during your meeting with them eri. Anything at all that might be of some used to us. Your task was after all to gather information “ He said as he stopped once again in front of her looking her in the eyes “Why is it so hard for you to commit to this eri. You are part of a proud pure blood family who should of taught you that we do not mingle with mudbloods. That their blood is polluted. Do you understand that if we do not do this.. They will turn on us and we will be the ones without a school. Do you want that eri.. DO you “ He shouted as he began to pace back to forth trying to keep his anger in check. He was rightfully angry with eri for betraying him this way. But if he could convince her otherwise that what he was doing was for a noble cause, Maybe just maybe he will one day forgive her for this betrayal. But today was not one of those days.

Eri was trying very hard not to quake in fear. He was angry with her and it was terrifying. She listened to him as he paced back in forth looking her in the eyes advanced he talked. Why was he so intemidating? She finally found her voice after she thought he was done speaking. "You want me to manipulate my frie..those muggle borns? Why should it matter I can just leave the group or are you just worried since I know to much I could tell someone?" She was mad and the words just poured from her mouth.

Why did she even go to the meeting? She had to be committed now. But how? "My parents didn't raise me. My Aunt did and she believed in equality, but my parents didn't I don't know which one is right." She flinched as he started yelling at her. Did he have to yell. She could tell he was infuriated with her. That was not good. That meant she made an enemy she couldn't spare to make. He was powerful and knew how to manipulate people. She could see why he wanted "cleanse" the school. If she played along would she be able to pull it off?

Charles stopped pacing and looked at eri in the eyes once more “ I do not want you to manipulate them, I just want information about them. Surely that is not a difficult task to complete eri. Also Why would you leave the group Eri. You reached out to me to join it in the first place did you not ? “ He shouted at her once again. He was truly losing all patience with this girl and he wanted to lash out. But he knew if he did that it would not help him at all as in a way he needed the girl to gather information for him and also he needed to keep her close because as of right now he did not trust her one bit. He took a deep breath and let it out slowly in a attempt to calm down his anger.

“ Do you want to know why i hate muggle borns eri. It is because of what they have done over the years to pure bloods. Nobody talks about it because not many people knew at the time what was going on. But they went after pure bloods. “ He said as he stopped in front of eri and looked at her directly “ They killed my uncle.. My favorite uncle because he was a pure blood. They accused of many crimes, one of those which was that he was a “ He trailed off and looked away briefly. He needed to convince eri of his story and hoped that it worked. None of it was true of course as his family went after muggle borns simply because they were muggles. But he was not about to say that, no he needed to make it seem like there was a justification for his actions.

“ I watched as a muggle-born wizard killed my uncle. Right before my eyes he was killed by a curse a banned cursed. So now do you understand why it is important to stay away from them. Do you want to wind up dead like my uncle Eri. I am doing it to protect pure-bloods. “ He said softly as he stepped closer to eri and blinked away tears.. Or well what appeared to be tears away. He was good at faking his emotions when he needed too. “ To answer your question.. Going by what i just told you.. I want to say your parents were right and your aunt was wrong “ He said softly as he reached up to wipe away some of his tears. The worst part of faking his emotions were that people felt bad for him. Which he hated but in this case he will do it just to ensure Eri loyality.

Eri frowned she had reached out to him, but she wasn't sure if he was going to be completely serious. Now here he was yelling at her. She had to use every ounce of self control to keep herself from running away from him. Maybe she could fake it, but she doesn't know how long she could fake this cause. "What kind of information do I need to gather?" She said trying to make her voice less shaky. He was scaring her and she just wanted him to stop yelling at her. Did he have to yell? 

What muggle borns have done over the years? Now she was intrigued. This might be some lie to get her loyal to the cause, but she listened anyways. His Uncle was killed by a muggle born just for being pure? She wasn't sure if that was true. And he was.. crying? Is that what he was doing? Now he wasn't yelling anymore. He stepped closer and she willed herself not to take a step back. No she didn't want to be dead. So he was protecting purebloods. If everything he said was true then his reason for this cause was a good one, but she couldn't trust him. But his reason sounded so true so sincere, she just had to believe it. No, she would wait and see more of what he said. "I'm sorry I doubted the cause." She said sounding sincere. She could try to trick him but he probably didn't trust her either.

Charles wiped away tears away from his eyes “ I am looking for only their names and the names of their families. Who their father and mother are and if possible other family members. Do not ask them bluntly but slowly get the information out of them “ He said softly as he wiped the last remaining tears from his eyes. He still did not trust eri but he did have a need for her and that is the only reason why she was still allowed in the group. That and because he did not want to risk getting in trouble if he told her to leave the group. No it was best to keep people that you did not trust completely close to you if only to assure they do not tell anyone about what you have planned. Once you have achieved what you wanted.. Well then you can cut them loose as his father once told him.

“ Eri I “ He stopped himself for saying words he would never say to someone before continuing “ Look what it is important is that now you understand my reasoning behind this group. I am doing it to protect other purebloods from the muggle bloods who want nothing more than to kill us and they will not stop until we are all dead “ He said softly as he looked around them hoping that no other students were nearby. Once he was sure that no other students nearby he began to pace back and forth once again

“ Eri have you gather any information about Phaedra Stavrou the female perfect of your house. Do you know anything about her in general “ He asked softly as he paced back and forth and then stopped and folded his arms across his chest. He hoped eri had found information so he could see if it would be worth reaching out to the female Ravenclaw perfect and seeing if she would want to join their group. The more allies he had the better it will be for all of them.

"Well I can get the information. I'm not dumb. I know not to ask bluntly." She was glad he had finally stopped yelling. He was making her feel like this cause was worth it. "Why are you so good at persuading people. Are they really trying to kill us?" She added a little fear to her voice when she asked the question. She wasn't scared she just wanted him to think she was scared the muggles would kill them. For now all she can do is try to fake being in the cause. If it comes down to a serious situation she might need to tell the professors.

"I haven't asked many wuestions but so can tell you what I know. All I know is her family came from Athens greece. They are a wealthy traditional pureblood family. That is all I know." Truthfully that is the only thing she knew. It wasn't much, but hopefully it ment something to him. She hated when he paced. It made her think he was angry at her again. She knew he didn't trust her anymore so she had to be careful how she acted. Very careful. One more slip up and she might be toast.

“ Yes They are trying to kill us eri and they won't stop until we are all dead. As much as people want to believe that is not true, If they only knew about the war that was covered up by them than they would see why i want this school to only accept pure bloods “Charles said matter of factly as he began to pace once more. He listened to eri speak about the ravenclaw perfect about how she was a wealthy pure blood family that came from greece. He was intrigued now about such a family and hope that the house perfect of ravenclaw was not a blood traitor and would instead join their group. A group that would protect other pure bloods from muggle borns until the day the muggle borns are kicked out of the school for good. He hoped it would not take long for that happened and that the other girl did what was asked of her. He on the other hand still needed to do what he had planned, Hopefully he will have time to do so before the term ended.

“ That is a good start Eri. I now want you to become friends with her, get to know her more and find out more information about her. I want to know everything about her before we ask her to join our group. But it is a good start that we know she is from a wealthy family. “ He said softly as he continued to pace. His family was wealthy as were most pure blood families. They had managed to acquire the wealth over the centuries. He wondered how the pure blood family of the ravenclaw perfect acquired the wealth, Was it the same way his family acquired it or was it by other means. He shook his head as he refocused on the task

“ Eri I want you to be honest with me. What are you thoughts on the Slytherin girl in our group?. Do you think she did what was asked of her ? “ He asked softly as he stood in front of eri once more and folded his arms across his chest thinking of the possibilities of Hogwarts being muggle born free as he waited
