This is a teaser for those looking, it is very much a work in progress and will not be open for signups until I smooth things out. Therefore I am locking this thread until I can get everything somewhat polished. Changes will be made in the future, so this post will not be staying like this.

I am helping out with the formation of another club, which I intend to have completed before anything is further done with this one. However, starting today it can be assumed this group exists IC. It is not widely talked about, and it takes a little digging to get information, or to join. This is not a "secret" club, but you have to talk to the right people.

You may assume your character is part of the club if they fit into the requirements listed further below, and are not joining with the intention of abusing their abilities and harming other group members or themselves. This isn't a drama group. If you have questions about the development of the club or whether or not your character can join, you can always send me your questions.

If you choose to claim your character joined, this does not mean they automatically know the race, abilities, and talents of others involved. Metagaming will not be tolerated.

What is C.I.R.C.U.S? It is exactly what it sounds like. It is... well, a circus. This is a club meant for non-humans, and humans with extraordinary abilities- any and all individuals that are wonderfully different by social standards. This is not a stereotypical circus like the kind P.T. Barnum envisioned, so let's separate ourselves from that name. This circus is a place for expression.

This is not a support group for those from the peculiar walks of life, but rather an appreciation group. C.I.R.C.U.S is not meant to further victimize non-humans, and talented folk. They are not victims. Their gifts and condition are not a point to express pity. However, if needed, support will be given to those who seek it. Otherwise, this isn't the newspaper.

To join you must:
-Have been on site for at least a month.
-Be registered in the Official Index.
-Play a non-human (this includes Metamorphs, Seers, and Parseltongues), or a human with some sort of unique attribute. If you're unsure if you qualify, feel free to reach out.
