Waving her hand off to her mother, Sophie entered Ollivanders. The wand store was small at first, but as Sophie trotted further into the store, it just seemed to grow. Was that one of the principles of Magic? Perhaps Sophie should look for a book about it later..

Shaking off her magical theories, Sophie glanced around nervously. She hadn't found Garrick Ollivander yet, or, maybe the old wandmaker wasn't in his shop? But then, why would it be open to the public? 

However, Surely enough, as Sophie rung the bell, a very old man stepped from behind a shelf, Sophie hadn't noticed before. Perhaps, it might've just... appeared.

"Ah, I wonder when I'd be seeing you here Miss Murphy." 

Sophie instantly recognized the voice as Ollivander. Though, Sophie was quite confused as to how he knew the girls name, She smiled. Sophie, wasn't prepared for anything else new to happen. She had expected to get her wand, and then exit the shop, then find her mum, and get her pet owl. 

However, when Ollivander came closer, Sophie noticed his eyes were pale moon white. Sophie was shocked. How could someones eyes be so pale? Even though, Sophie's eyes herself, were pale Emerald green, and her mother had pale blue and purple eyes. Perhaps it was because she was so used to the same colors, she was shocked.

Closing her own eyes, Sophie hummed very quietly.

"Now, I would be guessing you're right-handed? I've been the person that measured your mum, and grandmother, and of course your father, et cetera." Sophie giggled, she was ambidextrous, but favored her left hand.

"Actually sir, I'm ambidextrous, but I favor my left hand." She extended her left hand, and he measured it.

"Lets see..'' As he turned away, the door opened, and another young girl walked in. Ollivander walked to her.

Sophie, stood, she was quite interested in the girl, maybe she could make a new friend?
