An Unfamiliar Camper
Polonius did not expect that he would be working over the summer when he applied to become Hogwarts' school nurse. In his day, there was no Hogwarts summer camp... as far as he could remember, anyway. He'd fallen victim to his fair share of mind-affecting maladies in the time since graduating, so he could not guarantee his recollection was correct, but it felt right. But here was - hauling an overlarge trunk behind him as he strode onto the grounds of the Hogwarts Summer Camp.
He wiped sweat from his brow. The trunk was not heavy. In fact, it was enchanted to make sure he could actually carry all of his belongings with him. His clothes were the heaviest thing on him. Despite his sensitivity to heat, Polonius chose to wear the muggle clothes he found first in his closet, his dirty denim jeans and black jumper ensuring that he was properly cooking in the summer sun.
With a swift kick to the buckle holding it shut, his trunk popped open, and the man began unpacking. First thing was first - he took his sweater off and put it away, opting instead for just his short-sleeved shirt, although it was dreadfully soaked with sweat under the arms already. And the first thing out was one of his favorite muggle technologies of all - the folding chair! He had to turn it over in his hands a few times before he realized which end of it needed to face the ground, but after that, presto. Polonius took a seat in his chair, looking out over the summer camp full of strange, unfamiliar children he was now responsible for. Greaaat.
