Studying Alone (For now) Closed

Harper sighed as she walked into the study room and sat down. She needed somewhere quiet to study. She was struggling with Astronomy homework. This was a class that she thoroughly enjoyed but she didn't like the homework at all! Plus, it was one that despite the fact that she enjoyed it, the homework was fairly difficult. She appreciates the challenge though as she likes to make sure that school isn't too easy. She is the sort of teachers pet student that always wants to do well. Sometimes, she just needed to be by herself and study, however, sometimes she just appreciated to have someone to study with, although she wouldn't say that aloud to anyone.

She was a loner type, she didn't really know many other students and it was her second year. She hoped that she would be able to get to know some people and actually make some friends this year because she had seen quite a few students hanging around in fairly big groups and she didn't have any group to hang with really.

One thing that she did do was join the Broom Racing team and that was a blast so far! Most of the students in it were second years so she hoped to make some good friends there, but that might take some time.

"Okay... It's time to focus Harper." She mumbled to herself as she looked down to her homework and read the first question, hopefully ready to now focus on it.
